Πολυ χαμηλου επιπεδου εξυπηρετηση, με ανθρωπους που δεν ειχαν διαθεση και γνωση να απαντησουν σε ερωτησεις (πχ δεν εχουν room service, η reception αρνειται οτι υπαρχει δυνατοτητα να δωσουν φαγητο σε πακετο για παιδια,  κλεινουν ολα τα εστιατορια νωρις, το αργοτερο στις 21:30). η πισινα και το beach/pool bar κλεινουν στις 18:00. Κάνουν λαθος στις διανομες των παραγγελιων καφεδων στην παραλια και σου φερνουν καφεδες που εχουν αφησει 40’ σε αλλο τραπεζι χωρις ντροπη. Η καθαριοτητα του χωρου ειναι μετρια.  Γενικα μια αρνητικη εμπειρια συναστροφης, παρα την ωραια τοποθεσια. Κριμα, δεν το συστηνω για χαλαρωση και διασκεδαση.

Das Personal war hilfreich. Gutes Zimmer, aber ziemlich laut, Verkehrslärm und Lärm von mir? Sitze auf dem Boden drehen, und neue Gäste, wenn sie zum ersten Mal in das Zimmer eintreten Fernsehkraften auf Volumen automatisch.

I had a wonderful 3 days stay:) The room was spacious, clean, with a modern touch, a comfortable mattress which is very important for my back. Everything felt new and thoughtfully equipped, with great appliances (small kitchen fully equipped plus a coffee machine) that made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was superb. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops just around the corner, which made exploring Thessaloniki easy and enjoyable. There is no reception desk, all the details are sent via email or WhatsApp and as I have some questions upon arrival special thanks to Anastasia, who provided clear and helpful instructions that made everything smooth from the start. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting the city, whether for leisure or business. I’d happily definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations. Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Imperial Plus Urban Smart Hotel. The breakfast was really good, with a wide selection and tasty choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. However, for those travelling with big luggage or heavy bags, be aware that the elevator / service-lift seemed insufficient. It would be much better if there were a proper service elevator for heavy luggage.

The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

Ich war kürzlich im Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa und es war eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Die elegante Lobby, luxuriöse Unterkünfte und außergewöhnliches Personal machte mich von der Ankunft als VIP-Gast fühlen. Das Spa des Hotels war eine ruhige Oase der Entspannung. Die geschickten Therapeuten und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten jeden Moment eine reine Freude. Ich verließ das Gefühl, komplett gepampert und erfrischend. Die Unterkünfte waren luxuriös, mit unverschämter Reinigung und schmackhaften Dekor. Es war das perfekte Rückzug nach der Stadt. Insgesamt überstieg meine Erfahrung im Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa alle Erwartungen.

There is no free parking, you should book one beforehand and then you have to find a way to temporarily park somewhere in the centre of the city just to go to the hotel to give you a parking card and guidelines about the parking seats (which are not at the hotel). The room was very small, with a view to a building under construction (although from the site you have the impression that you have a sea view), with a window which doesn't open. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory. In conclusion, I am not going to pay 144 euros (breakfast included) for that kind of services overall.

Ich war angenehmen überrascht, als ich in dieses Hotel gecheckt wurde. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, gemütlich und sauber. Das Badezimmer war sehr ästhetisch. Es gab einen Hinweis für mich und ein Dessert im Zimmer, für das ich besonders dankbar bin! Das Frühstück war wahrscheinlich einer der besten, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Das Essen ist auf dem oberen Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt gelegen. Das Essen ist lecker. Für diesen Preis ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben!
