The front desk staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Our room was so clean & creatively designed. My kids LOVED it! Area is super convenient, walkable to everywhere. I would probably stay here next time I visit as well

Alles sehr gut, aber dass man den 2. Kaffee oder Tee zum Frühstück extra bezahlen muss, bedeutet m.e. mehr verwaltungsaufwand als dass es tatsächlich Ertrag bringt.

The hotel is very central and very good decoration. The room who chose was in front of the main street so it was a bit noisy during the early hours, and there is no fresh air when you open the windows.
The staff were very helpful. The television was not working and we asked assistance. They mentioned that someone is going to look into it the next day as it was late but 2 female members of staff, entered the room although my friend had put the sign 'do not disturb' they entered while he was sleeping and he was a bit confused as they were speaking in Greek. But overall good experience!

Check in experience was not good because our room card dld not work so we had to use the key. AC wasn’t working properly but they fixed it later. Great location and nice cozy room. Thank you:)

The position of the property was ideal - just a 5 minute walk from the sea front and about 10 minutes from Aristotelous Square (depending on your speed!) Close to the markets and Ladadika where there are loads of restaurants and bars.

Great stay at the colors urban hotel
Rooms are clean, spacious, nice design and light, environment friendly.
Breakfast has everything, and it is served in a very nice room and also at the terrace.
Service is kind and very helpful.
Location is also good with lots of restaurants and bars around.

the rooms are very comfortable, the staffs are very gentilmen.The wi-fi is good .Location is very good also , is very closed everywhere.The parking is very easy and near to the hotel and they make a discount for hotel's customers.Thank you for all COLORS URBAN HOTEL.I hope to stay again.
