I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

I am unable to provide a comprehensive review of Embassy Gardens as my reservation was not fulfilled at that location. Despite booking an apartment two weeks in advance, I was informed on the day of check-in that the property was fully booked. Consequently, I was relocated to an alternative apartment for the duration of my four-night stay. While the substitute accommodations offered comparable amenities, they did not meet the expected standards. I was particularly dissatisfied with Embassy Gardens' overbooking practice and the last-minute notification. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in their booking services.

Die Mitarbeiter/Management waren während meines Aufenthalts reaktiv und hilfreich, was die Erfahrung noch besser machte. Insgesamt war es ein reibungsloser und angenehmen Aufenthalt ’d definitiv empfehlen es jedem, der einen schönen Ort sucht.

Modern apartment with a supermarket downstairs for all your self catering needs, strongly recommended. Check in took a while, it's not a hotel but after that guest relations were good. The Internet expired during my visit hence was down for half a day until I complained but they topped it up very quickly.

Clean rooms, friendly environment and great service personnel, always available to help you check in. Ask for Ama/Betty or Mohammed, they were so helpful and reliable with anything you need.

Die Hardware des Zimmers ist sehr allgemein und kann den grundlegenden Anforderungen genügen, aber die Hotellandschaft ist sehr gut, Sie können die Meereslandschaft sehen, aber eigentlich nicht zum Strand. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch.
