Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Es ist ein beeindruckendes Gebäude, so hatte ich einige Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen datiert im neueren Teil. Nicht viele Einrichtungen wie Sie von diesem Hotel erwarten können. Die Bar-Zone ist wirklich schön, um einen wunderschönen Garten und so das Restaurant zu sehen. Auf diesem Hinweis war das Essen Fläche abgelassen. Ich habe ein thailändisches Grünkurrenküken bestellt. Ich war sofort auf das freuen, aber als es ankam, war es eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Hühnchen war wahrscheinlich ein Rest aus einem anderen Mahl, sehr trocken. Die Sauce war nichts wie grüne Curry und das Reis war mikrobølge. Die Wächter waren sehr lieb und entschuldigt und die entfernte es aus meinem Rechnung. Sie sagten, sie haben einen Agenturküche! So ist es eine echte Schande !!

Ich kam am nächsten Morgen zum Versammlungstag im Birmingham Business Park zu bleiben, als ich benötigte. Das B&B war am Rande des Coleshill. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, und nur um gut. Ich werde nicht dagegen sein, dort wieder zu bleiben, aber es gibt auch nichts Besonderes, um mich zurückzuziehen. Plus: James wartete auf mich, als ich ankam und zeigte mir den Schlüssel und das Zimmer. Er nahm auch meinen Bestell für den nächsten Morgen. Das Zimmer war anständig groß. Es gibt viele Lichter im Zimmer. Das Bett war ok. Es gibt Parkplatz auf der Website. Das Frühstück war bereit, als ich ins Essenszimmer ging. Minus: Auf £148 pro Nacht war das sicherlich kein gutes Geld. Die Anlage war ein wenig grundlegende, obwohl ausreichend (Tee/Kaffee/Kettle/Biscuits und Haartrockner). Es gab eine Flasche für Haar/Körperwasch und es gab eine kleine Seife im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist nur ungefähr in ausreichender Größe für eine Person. Die Wassertemperatur variierte etwas während der Show, aber funktionierend. Auch mein Zimmer war auf der 2. Etage, mit engen Treppen. Es war ok für mich, als ich sehr leicht reiste. Aber es wäre schwierig für jemanden mit großem Gepäck oder Mobilitätsbeschränkung.

Diese Unterkunft war erstaunlich, eine schöne ruhige Lage, um Ihre Atemnot zu erfassen oder in Stratford-upon-Avon zu gehen, um die Architektur zu genießen und die Geschichte zu sehen. Würden wir dort mehr Zeit verbringen und wir würden sicher planen, zurückzukehren und weiter zu untersuchen. Sehr sauber, gemütlich und geräumig Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer und im Hotel war hervorragend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren von hervorragender Qualität. Der Service war überall ausgezeichnet, und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

We enjoy staying this hotel especially for the convenient location with parking space. Join the hotel membership, you will enjoy the exclusive reserved area in the restaurant for breakfast and fast check in/ check out queue.

The location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Superb day and evening at the Arden Hotel. I was reviewing at the RSC for my instagram and Tik Tok @theteawithkelvin . I received an upgrade to a superior room . I had a superb three course pre/ theatre dinner in their restaurant. Where they also had different wine promotions on .  The Breakfast in the morning, was a superb choice as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also Waiter service , as well as a buffet continental. I would recommend The Arden Hotel if you are planning a visit too Stratford Upon Avon .

Große Lage und Einrichtungen. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist ein wenig gedatiert und die Etagen und Wände dünn, so dass Sie jeden Fußsteg von oben hören, aber abgesehen davon ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben.

Große Lage, und schöne Grundstücke ~ Parkplatz war schwer zu finden.  Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit einem schönen festen Bett, das Wetter war sehr warm, und obwohl es einen Fan im Zimmer war die Wärme stirb und so heiß! Das so genannte “Air Con” war nutzlos!  Der Innenpool war eine gute Größe, aber es war so unglaublich heiß im Gebäude, es war schwer zu atmen!! (Öffnen Sie die Türen, um etwas Sauerstoff in!) Das Abendessen war gut, wie das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.  Sehr teuer für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt.  Schönes Personal überall.
