Sehr gemütlich. Schöne Zimmer. Lage ist großartig, wie es in der Nähe von Stratford am Avon und Warwick ist, so können Sie einen Tag in beiden verbringen. Die Nutzung der Einrichtungen sind gut. Sehr glücklich, das jemandem empfehlen.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

Einfache Eincheckung; nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof und dem Hauptzentrum. Neben den Parks und möglich zu Warwick laufen entlang der Avon und Kanal Fußgänger. Fantastisches Frühstück und Zimmer hat alles, was Sie für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber! Kurze Reise zu Bar und Restaurant, und alles war mehr als zufriedenstellend.

Dieses Hotel ist das kostengünstigste Hotel auf meiner Reise nach England, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten und Kissen sind bequem, gut ausgestattet, kostenlose Parkplätze und das Frühstück ist großartig! Eigentlich sollte es ein altes Herrenhaus sein. Der Garten ist so groß, dass er mich an Downton Manor erinnert. Der kleine Bruder an der Rezeption war super humorvoll und sein Gesichtsausdruck war sehr reichhaltig.

Such a beautiful hotel, worth the stay

Die Lage ist gut wie ein Golfplatz in den Vororten, sehr nahe an der Straße, aber man muss fahren. Der einzige Ort, an dem man sich beschweren kann, ist, dass das Frühstück wirklich schlecht ist und alles andere gut ist

Gorgeous hotel with perfect staff. Busy restaurant and bar. The pool changing rooms need an upgrade but otherwise would stay again.

Wir reservierten zwei Zimmer für einen 2-night Familienaufenthalt a Familie Suite und ein Classic Room. Die Einrichtungen und Lage des Hotels waren hervorragend, mit viel Essen in der Nähe. Mein Sohn war während der Reise schlecht und es ist wirklich beruhigend, dass der Aufenthalt für ihn großartig war, zu ruhen und wiederherzustellen. Wir hatten Abendessen im Hotel und das Essen war erstaunlich! Das Frühstück serviert war auch gut, wir mögen die heißen Gerichte, die wir englisch Frühstück, geschrotet Eier und Salmon 👍 gewählt haben! Sehr gemütliche, komfortable und angenehme Erfahrung!
