Der Hotelmanager spricht gut Englisch und tut sein Möglichstes, um uns dabei zu helfen, unser Übergepäck per Kurier zu verschicken. Unsere Zugfahrkarten zu unserem nächsten Ziel (Urumqi) wurden am Tag vor unserer Reise storniert und der Manager gab uns gute Ratschläge zu den Möglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt nur 20 Gehminuten vom Turpan Museum und unter einer halben Stunde Taxifahrt vom Flughafen, Bahnhof und Jiaohe entfernt, ist sehr wertvoll, sehr großes Zimmer und Bett, schöne Wander-In-Dusche und sehr hilfreiches Front Desk Personal. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, ein massives Restaurant zu sein und von 9.45 die meisten chinesischen Buffet-Einträge waren fertig und das Personal war langsam aufzusteigen. Es gab auch kein Tee oder Kaffee zum Frühstück verfügbar. Der Kaffeegeschäft im Lobby sah sehr enthusiastisch und komfortabel aus, aber dies ist eine separate Franchise und war aus irgendeinem Grund nicht ganz Tag oder sogar am Morgen bei 11.00 geöffnet.
