Der beste Ort, um sich zu entspannen und genießen Sie die Lage, ist der Spa ausgezeichnet und so entspannt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, ist, dass Sie £12 zahlen, um Ihren Wagen pro Nacht zu parken, das ist ok, wenn Sie nur das Spa nutzen, aber ich stimme es nicht zu, wenn Sie im Hotel bleiben und dort Geld ausgeben, fand ich diese sehr enttäuschend.

去的時候剛好趕上婚禮，大堂裡外都是熱情洋溢喜氣洋洋的老外。前台有衹值班的狗，乖極了。如果帶着孩子，需要額外每衹30胖子的付費，這個，呃……如果沒有這筆費用還是不錯的。第二天的免費自助早餐不錯，咖啡點了以後，服務員送。走廊裏有自助牛奶和自助飲用水。停車免費呦，停車場挺大，基本不用擔心沒地方，因為即使頭一天婚禮來滿了人，也依舊有少許停車位。 雖然英國每天都陰沉下雨或者颳風下雪，但是我們卻在這裏看到了久違的漫天繁星。

Das erste Mal, dass ich in einem so guten Hotel wohne, weil Edinburgh nicht so lustig ist, dass ich es nicht vorstellte, warum ich einen Tag weniger nach Carlyle gekommen bin und ich nicht erwartete, dass ich dieses Hausgefühl begegne. Wenn Sie ein vierfaches Hotel in Europa sind, wenn Sie nicht zwei Zimmer buchen, dann kannst du das kleine Zimmer nicht vorstellen, Hier möchten Sie eine Suite reservieren, wie zu Hause, die Küche hat alles! Ich ging die Nacht zum Kauf von Speisen und machte es!

AAlanPBooked in for 1 night to have a rest in some luxurious surroundings after a lot of travelling around the country visiting friends. Hunday Manor is a beautiful old house in a fantastic spot on the side of a hill with a great view. The hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are well looked after. The quality of the food for both an evening meal and the cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the only facility I would add is a few overnight EV charge points in the car park. The service however was rather comical, starting with check-in. After confirming my name, 1 night stay, and printing out the reservation sheet, somehow the chap on reception muddled up my solo reservation with a couple arriving on the same day who were staying for a couple of weeks and gave me their room. After settling in for a much needed afternoon nap in the very comfortable bed and 'locking' the door on the inside, the rather startled couple walked in having been given a card for the same room. From that point on I never really managed to relax. I offered to move room when I went down for dinner later on, but the chap declined and mumbled something odd about the length of stay and seemed to point at the paperwork suggesting I had signed it making it my mistake! Sigh. Things didn't get a lot better in the restaurant. Myself and another solo traveller were given tables at the back (by the same chap), seemingly to keep us out the way of the couples who arrived later and were seated at the windows. When either of us asked questions about the menu there was lack of understanding about the dishes.. I was then asked around half a dozen times by multiple staff if everything was ok. Meanwhile I could hear one of the couples quitely chatting about their room, no doubt the room I was in. Upon trying to put the bill on my room, the same chap from earlier left me at the bar with a card machine asking whether I wanted to add a tip. At breakfast the next morning it continued. When I arrived the first breakfast room was full of tables needing clearing so I was given a table in the same area where I had dinner. This time given a table at the window but right in front of the only other guest, a lady already eating her breakfast. My table wasn't set so inexplicably the waiter clumsily took a second place-setting from her table while she was midway through eating! After dusting a few crumbs from one of the plates I enjoyed my breakfast. Towards the end of eating the staff were discussing how to rearrange the room for an event later in the day and started moving things around. After hearing the same couple from dinner asking to be told when their room was made available, cleaners were hanging around at the bottom of the stairs when I returned to the room. Nothing like a bit of a hurry up to finish breakfast and get out of your room to make you feel like a valued guest. Upon check-out an apology and a chat but by then the damage was done. No offer to comp a drink (or dinne)r after making a mess of things either. It's a lovely hotel that could offer a real 5-star experience, but the service ended up more like an episode of Fawlty Towers and needs a bit of a rethink. Next stop China.

GGastnutzerRum Doodle, well it was our first time at The Lakes and it certainly won't be our last! The location was just right with being part way between Windermere town and Bowness and was walkable to both. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as lake Windermere itself. We found Rum Doodle with ease and was greeted at the door with a smile and friendly man (the owner but didn't catch his name). We were bought a fresh glass of apple and orange juice to our room which was refreshing after a long drive to Windermere. Our room was comfy, not too big or too small, a wardrobe, seating in the bay window, hairdryer, hot drink making facilities, wine glasses with cork screw and bottle opener. Very modern, clean and well presented bathroom with soft and fluffy towels, and a really nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast was really good with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, and then a choice of breakfast which were great too. We had a pleasant and informative chat at breakfast with the lady that works there who gave us the heads up on some driving routes to try and avoid which was really useful. After a day out exploring we went back to Rum Doodle to a cleaned room and freshly made bed with the tea and coffee replenished, so we were able to just drop and the bed with a nice cuppa and biscuit. Then out for a walk, some lovely food and a couple of drinks. We couldn't recommend The Lakes and Rum Doodle enough! Well worth every penny

GGastnutzer£200 for a basic room for one night was a bit on the pricey side for me, however it was nice all the same. A few of the photos of the basic room are misleading. The photos show a four post double bed which is not the case. We found out later this is actually an executive room despite it being labeled basic. We found out that the hotel location is accessible by bus from Oxenholme train station (despite being told the opposite) and has a great view of beautiful fields. Food in the hotel is good but expensive... My eyes nearly popped out their sockets when I saw the £8.00 charge just for the tiniest amount of table bread. I'd say this was probably the reason the restaurant was empty despite being told we need to book a table due to its popularity. Swimming pool and steam room are average for the price. Staff are friendly and changed our room to a double bed room free of charge after mistakenly putting us in a twin bedroom.

We arrived in the middle of a power outage, to be met by polite friendly and professional staff, we were made aware of the situation and offered a seat by the fire with complimentary nibbles, we were kept up to date with the situation throughout until power was restored. Considering the disruption, the staff remained calm and all food was delivered promptly and was delicious. The rooms were very tastefully done, well equipped and spotless, beds were extremely comfy and the rooms were toasty warm on a night that got below freezing. Breakfast was really good and we were well looked after by all of the staff. We have to say it is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and would 100% recommend The Melbreak to anyone. Well done everyone concerned

Es gab keine Hilfe, um das Gepäck in den Raum zu nehmen, der drei Treppenflugs aufhielt, die sich in Richtung oben näherten. Der Frühstücksserver war erschüttert und sichtbar irritiert und beunruhigt, als ich darum gedacht habe, einen zweiten Kaffee zu beantragen! Ich schlage vor, dass sie in eine Kaffeemaschine investieren statt ein einzelnes Tasse-größen-Cafetieres zu servieren. Das Familienzimmer war eine gute Größe, aber es hatte recht niedrige Deckenstrahlen, die von 15 Zeichen hervorgehoben wurden, die das Zimmer mehr als ein Gebäude als ein Schlafzimmer aussehen. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die Safe funktionierte nicht. Die Lage liegt etwa 6 Meilen von Keswick entfernt. Niedriges Schwimmbad, aber der Zugang durch die Tür zu den wechselnden Zimmern funktioniert nicht immer.

AAnonymer BenutzerGreat hotel with a decent location in the middle of the Lake District. You can walk/ cycle to Ambleside which is 5 miles away. Low fells are easy to hike for great views of the area around. The hotel is more like a private house with rooms. We got a small suite with bedroom, bathroom and living room. We could just about see the lake from the living room. The bathroom only has a bath and no shower head which was a difficulty for washing hair. Except for that it was very well organised. Breakfast was at a nearby pub - The Good Sport. It was a limited selection on the menu: full English, breakfast rolls, toast or porridge. You also got a 10% for dinner in the pub too.

XXianguoguodaixi衞生：算比較乾淨，不過電視櫃有幾根頭髮，衞浴和床上用品挺乾淨，隔離就是公交車站和各種餐廳超市加油呀，🅿️也ok 環境：在公園旁邊的馬路邊上，還不錯，還算安靜 我住的4號房，實際比圖片好看一些，稍微新一點，原本以為又是圖片上那種30年前那種傢俱，但實際可能就10年輕那種田園風，房間也挺大，大箱子也能展開， 服務：早上可以點餐，includ還算豐富 設施：住一樓，衹有幾步梯子需要提行李箱 缺點，一樓一定要拉窗簾，不然偶爾路過能看到房間裏，一到晚上22點後會有一股**氣味，有點受不了，房間門好像鎖不了，我也沒什麼貴重物品，也沒去問，就這樣住了3天，整體還是性價比不錯，畢竟這是在英國度假區最火的夏天，就不要有什麼大的期待，

VVipindas kIch hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Little Warren. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, waren die Gastgeber Kevin und Joanne so warm und willkommen – immer glücklich zu helfen und machte mich zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück war absolut erstaunlich, frisch zubereitet und voller Geschmack, ein perfekter Anfang des Tages. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, geben mir eine der besten Nachtslaf ich in einer langen Zeit hatte. Alles über meinen Aufenthalt war entspannend und angenehm. Ich würde Little Warren sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der einen gemütlichen und freundlichen Ort sucht, um zu bleiben – Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren!
