Die Lobbydekoration ist etwas alt, aber beim Betreten des Zimmers herrscht keine Unzufriedenheit. Ganz zu schweigen vom Bett und den Kissen, sie dienen zum Schlafen und sind sehr bequem. Bei den Sanitärartikeln handelt es sich um einen Canon-Toilettensitz, der super einfach zu bedienen ist! Das Layout ist sehr modern und die Spiegelscheinwerfer sind schön! Worüber ich mich beschweren möchte, ist der Aufzug. Ich frage mich, warum die Lichter nicht leuchten. Ich konnte die Knöpfe nicht deutlich sehen und es lief ständig ein Zeichentrickfilm. Die Musik war sehr plötzlich und beängstigend.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Lobby ist sehr prächtig und der Empfang an der Rezeption ist herzlich, insbesondere Chefkoch David, der vor und nach dem Laufen für aufmerksamen Service sorgt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich.

Clean room. There is everything you need to take a shower. Huge plasma TV, very huge. It's all for watching movies! There is a free transfer from the hotel to the airport. Very fast and convenient. Even at an early departure. The restaurant and cafe close very early. Didn't like this moment. In any case, thanks for everything!

此次西北之行，從蘭州出發，一路玩兒到張掖，後來又來到西寧。看到西寧有六家希爾頓，其中五家歡朋，一家花園兒，果斷地選擇了較為高端的花園酒店，原本衹是過境歇腳，沒想到竟然被這裏的服務徹底圈粉。 前廳部經理王貴貴，是我住酒店這麼多年，遇到過最用心的酒店人之一。因為是攜程黑鑽，入住前她就主動提前聯繫我確認需求，到店後升級了全酒店衹有兩間的商務套房，房間寬敞舒適，設施很新，令人記憶猶新，不過，這些還不是最打動我的。 最讓我意外的是，入住當天的深夜凌晨一點三十七分，王經理還在微信上確認我的入住體驗。我隨口問她怎麼還不休息，她説了一句話讓我記到現在——“您不滿意，我不敢睡。” 這句話不是客套，是真誠。凌晨一點多還在關心客人住得好不好，這種敬業和用心，在我經常住的聯號酒店裡並不多見。 再來説説説地理位置，酒店對面就是吾悦廣場，旁邊還有一家很有格調的咖啡館，買東西、散步都很方便。早餐也很豐盛，客房的設計年輕時尚。 一次圓滿的西寧之旅，一個好的酒店人，值得被看見。感謝王經理，下次來西寧我一定還會選這裏。

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

Awful air conditioning undermined an otherwise very good hotel.  It's astounding how bad the air conditioning was. It ran for hours are barely lower the tempterature. It never got below 25 Celsius. I arrived and the room was hot. The windows barely open. After hours of running the air conditioning, which is rather noisy, I gave up.  The staff was great. And room was otherwise good. But at this price, and positioning itself as a top hotel, useless air conditioning in hot weather (and it wasn't even the hottest time of year) is not acceptable.

Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist sehr modern (diffuse Sauerstoffversorgung, 24-Stunden-Klimaanlage, Luftbefeuchter, Luftreiniger). Die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Durch die großen raumhohen Fenster können Sie nachts die gesamte Stadt sehen. Die Betten in den Hotelzimmern sind auch sehr bequem. Buchweizenkissen werden im Voraus bereitgestellt, um die Vorlieben der Gäste zu verstehen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht und das Personal gab mir zwei Frühstücke. Nach dem Ausprobieren stellte ich fest, dass das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig war und es auch einen eigenen Bereich für Kinder gab. Der Aufenthalt war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Auf dem Bett lagen ungewaschene Laken. Da ich spät abends zu Bett ging, achtete ich nicht besonders darauf. Ich ging mitten in der Nacht auf die Toilette und fand Flecken auf dem Bett. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Blutflecken schon lange da waren. Es war nach 2 Uhr mitten in der Nacht, als ich herausfand, dass ich zu faul war, die Rezeption anzurufen, um es zu ändern, also schlief ich einfach mit meiner Begleiterin in einem anderen Bett.

Die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers ist aufeinander abgestimmt und großzügig! Auch die Aufteilung ist sehr gut und Bad und Duschraum sind in Trocken- und Nassbereich getrennt. Das Hotel bereitete auch sorgfältig Tee, Mineralwasser, Toilettenartikel usw. zu. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, alles in Buffetform und die Umgebung ist großartig. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kundendienstdame hat auch im Voraus ein Zimmer für uns arrangiert und war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Die umliegenden Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem, das Einkaufen ist bequem und empfehlenswert und das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich
