Neben dem ”verdrehten Uhr” am Anfang des sümbolischen Gebäudes von Andorra und der Standardstadt und der Fußgängerstraße. Die beiden Leute bestellen ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, das sehr gemütlich ist, und es ist nicht wichtig, dass man es ändert. Das Zimmer ist groß. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Eier haben mehrere Arten, die man selbst wählen kann, Ich höre nicht, dass die erste ist gut, jeden Tag wechseln. Die Rezeption ist heiß und die Europäer sind so. Das Zimmer hat einen elektrischen Wärmewasserschlauch. Unter der Uhr ist der Fluss, der nicht namens kann, der Fluss ist schwach, die Blumensaison ist wunderschön und ist natürlich tief. Ein Fuß zu den berühmten Wärmebäumen und zu den Andorra-Marken für zehn Minuten.

Central location in Andorra Vella with available parking within walking distance to the Old Town and loads of Duty Free Shopping. The hotel staff are fantastic very friendly and welcoming. One gentlemen on the front desk spoke French, Spanish and English and was very helpful in offer suggestions for the area. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean as are all the public areas where even the ceramic flooring are gleeming. The extensive breakfast is good value with a wide variety and something for everyone. Great coffee fresh juices right from the juice press, baked goods, fruits, bacon eggs, fresh omelettes,sausages, cold cuts etc. just to name a few things. The underground parking is very nice, good sized well lit parking spots at a reasonable price. Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone visiting Andorra Vella.

Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht mit Inland vergleichbar, aber Europäer sind durchaus gewissenhaft. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Aber die gesamte Stadt Andorra ist nicht groß und nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter und weniger schallisoliert, und man hört das Geräusch des Korridors. Alles andere ist in Ordnung.

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

We have not been to this hotel. We wanted to make a reservation for June 2023, with a ‘Gift for You’ card. This hotel was on the website of ‘Gift for you’ as a hotel were you can make a reservation with your gift card. But the hotel refused the gift card. We get a very short answer: we do not work with ‘Gift for You’. We were very disappointed. We complained by Gift for You and ask them to remove this hotel out of there list.

On July 22, 2023 I was at the Novotel hotel and I loved it, the spa was in the other hotel you have to cross the street, and I went in the morning it was quiet, and I loved it, the girl in the morning is super nice ! he has a very sweet voice. Charming and very attentive, thanks again! And restaurant some waiters 10 out of 10. The masseuse is a bit I don't know anything... and the fault was the Turkish bath, but we didn't care much because of the friendliness of the spa girl. and hotel to renovate..

In dieser besonderen Zeit war eine ältere Managerin an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr herzlich und freundlich. Sie war sehr geduldig bei der Vorstellung des Hotels und verschiedener Ausgaben. Das Hotel bietet eine Tiefgarage für 17 Euro pro Nacht. Der Aufzug kann direkt zum Zimmer fahren, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, genug für eine dreiköpfige Familie, Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig, Skisaison, die Auslastung des Hotels ist sehr hoch, es gibt mehr Gäste, daher ist auch das Frühstücksrestaurant voll; dann ist der Schallschutz im Zimmer etwas schlecht, der Flur ist etwas laut, andere sind sehr gut, es gibt ein Schwimmbad, die Raumtemperatur ist kälter, es gibt eine Sauna, die Lage ist auch gut, ganz in der Nähe des Einkaufsstraße, selbst ist nicht groß in Andorra, es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung, eine gute Erfahrung?

Das spektakuläre Hotel, die perfekte Lage. Wir haben eine halbe Pension, das Frühstück, aber auch das beste unmögliche Abendessen, drei erste, drei Sekunden und drei Poster, die wir wählen, alles hochwertige, so dass du nicht tausend Sachen vom Buffet essen kannst. Wir werden es so bald wie möglich wiederholen.

This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.
