My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Rezeption kann Englisch sprechen und ein wenig Mandarin, das ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Fitnesszimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Pool. Frühstückswahl ist genügend mit frischem Obst

Es gibt keinen schöneren Ort als das Zuhause von Sofia! Egal, wie viele Hotels es gibt, ich werde nicht erschüttert. Das Gefühl, in unser chinesisches „Zuhause“ zurückzukehren, ist angenehm und entspannt, es ist wirklich gut! ! ! Auch der Zimmerservice lohnt sich und das Frühstück ist großartig!

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Es ist eines der wenigen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Bischkek, der Hauptstadt Kirgisistans. Es liegt an der südlichen Ringstraße und ist ca. 4 km vom Hotel zum Stadtzentrum entfernt. Vom Hotel aus erreichen Sie bequem die malerischen Orte wie den Snow Mountain Park am Stadtrand. In der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich chinesische Restaurants und Hypermärkte. Einkaufen und Essen sind sehr bequem.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön mit einem zeitgesteuerten Pool und vielen anderen Einrichtungen für Kinder. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Ich empfehle sehr für Familien
