We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati. The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. We would definitely recommend Novotel Guwahati to families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

Ein tolles Hotel, sowohl Hardware als auch Software. Ich kann mich nicht an den Namen der Mitarbeiter erinnern, insbesondere ein Mitarbeiter des Gibbons, der mich am Tag meines Aufenthalts sehr beeindruckt hat, hilf mir, Gepäck ins Zimmer zu schicken und die Hoteleinrichtungen vorzustellen. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt des Hotels hat eine Sicherheitskontrolle, die umgebende grüne Baum umgeben ist, der Flughafen ist nahezu bequem und am Morgen mit dem Flugzeug zu reisen. Das Pool-Klinikzimmer sollte vollständig sein. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist sowohl Indiens als auch der Welt zu berücksichtigen. Es ist sehr wert, Zeit zu verbringen, um zu genießen. Ich sehe, dass das Hotel verfolgt ist, und ich hoffe, es zu halten.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍
