There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

Ich habe diesen Ort auf diesen Rabatt-Websites und es war die billigste um, so wartete ich nicht viel. Die Eincheckung war einfach und mein Zimmer war im Vordergrund und leicht zugänglich. Das Bett war komfortabel, obwohl es sich als nett gefühlt hat. Es war sauber und alles war in Ordnung. Sie hatten auch ein kontinentales Frühstück.

Ein gutes Hotel, wenn Sie hier für Geschäftsreisen oder ein paar Tage später sind. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Sofas Tisch Mikrowellen Kühlschrank schlucken Kaffeehersteller. Das Dekor ist sehr modern, schräg und sauber. Die einzige Herausforderung ist, dass die Wände etwas dünn zwischen den Rändern sind, vor allem wenn Sie einen Verbindungsraum haben so sicher zu fragen, dass eine, die keine Verbindungstür hat, so können Sie ein wenig ruhiger. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage ist perfekt, wenn Sie Geschäfte an der Marshall University oder in den Umgebungen machen müssen.

I was tremendously impressed with the overall appearance and aesthetics of the resort. However, they had some issues that I was assured that they were addressing. Great rooms, great restaurants to choose from, and championship golf course. Saw a variety of wildlife on my morning walk. I hope to go again real soon.

Dieses Hotel war geräumig und sauber. Das umliegende Gebiet bleibt viel zu wünschen, aber ist nicht die Hotels schuld. Wir schätzten, dass der Innenpool zu spät geöffnet wurde, um unseren Kindern etwas zu tun. Das Frühstück war nicht kostenlos, aber es war gut. Wir würden hier sicher wieder bleiben, wenn wir uns in Charleston gefunden hätten. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich.

We stayed 4 nights at this Marriot, housekeeping only visited our room 1 time and several elements of the room were in disrepair. On the first day of our stay we discovered that the power outlet for the coffee maker didn't work, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and fell off the wall, and that one of the night stand light bulbs in our room was a flickering / dying fluorescent bulb. We called the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come fix things while we were out. We returned that night and found they had replaced the light bulb but nothing else had been repaired. Housekeeping apparently had taken the dirty towels but not left any clean ones, did not make the bed, did not replace the coffee service items or cups and had left the room in disarray. I once again called the front desk and they sent a person up with towels and coffee / cups. The next day was the same experience, house keeping did not come at all and I had to call down to the front desk for coffee and clean towels. The morning of the third day we found a garbage bag outside the door of the room full of towels with a note on it saying it was from house keeping. The final day of our stay we returned again to find the room had not been serviced. At this point the garbage bins in the room were overflowing (three days worth of garbage) and the dirty towels had again piled up. I bagged up our garbage myself and gathered the dirty towels and put them out in the hall. I called the front desk again feeling pretty fed up, and again someone was sent up (from the front desk staff) with towels and coffee supplies and a $10 food/beverage voucher and said they were ”sorry for the inconvenience.” The entire time the front desk staff was friendly and professional but nothing was ever repaired and housekeeping completely ignored our room. Two of these four days we even passed the housekeeping cart on our floor in our hall on our way out in the morning, but our room was ignored. Aside from the room itself I have to mention that the swimming pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The water was cloudy and murky looking, and the pool room itself was humid and musty. We've stayed at other Marriots before and never had these types of issues, you'd expect better service especially for the price.

Staff is so friendly! Great location! Great breakfast! We came for a tennis tournament. Great location for the West Virginia university tennis courts. The breakfast here is better than any other similar type hotel. The person who in charge of breakfast does a great job. Sam at the front desk is a gem. So personable and helpful. The two others we interacted with were helpful as well.

From the minute we arrived, the staff was friendly, and the property was beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and overlooked the river and waterfront park. Pros: location, condition of the property, free parking, a reasonably priced breakfast and a small bar for a nightcap. The adjacent restaurant, which is a leased space, was a bonus.

Wir brauchten eine Nacht zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Dies war die perfekte Wahl. Das Zimmer war mehr als genug Raum für uns beide und konnte leicht schlafen 4. Es war schön, Restaurants in der Spazierweiterung sowie eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Tauch. Wir besuchten keine glückliche Stunde im Lobby. Das Frühstück war begrenzt, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich. Hotel und Grundstücke wurden gut gepflegt, sicherer Bereich. Ich war besorgt über Klang mit Krankenhäusern in der Nähe, aber wir hörten nichts. Betten waren komfortabel. Angemessene Parkplätze. Hier wäre eine tolle Lage, um für Universitätsveranstaltungen zu bleiben und zu Fuß zu Fuß zum Fußballstadion.

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, what really stood out to me was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold items available. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the SpringHill Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel with a nice breakfast included.

Das Hotel war großartig. Nahezu alles, einfache Ein- und Auschecken, sauber und vor allem - das Personal war unglaublich. Sehr nett im gesamten Aufenthalt.

This is a relatively new hotel and just off the Highway in Morgantown. I stayed here overnight to attend a football game at West Virginia University. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. You can get a taxi or Uber. The reception was friendly and prompt. Packets of popcorn, flavored water, and cookies were offered at a table in the lobby. They were complimentary. My room had great views of Morgantown, the mountains and the river. The bed was firm for a good night's sleep. Bathroom was large enough. The sheets and linens were fresh and plenty of towels. There is a small indoor pool, an exercise room and weights room. The patio has many outdoor sofas to enjoy the views and perhaps BBQ in the summer. Many of the guests seemed like they came for the game. Breakfast is standard courtyard with the crispy roasted potatoes that I like. All in all a good stay at this hotel. There are lots of malls around the hotel and you could perhaps walk out for dinner.
