I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!

Love their hot pools and amenities. Location would be 5mins driving from city. If you have car would be very convenient, I don’t think you can walk to city with this distance.

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

Freundliches Personal, komfortables Bett, gute Wasserversorgung und Heizung. Eine sehr gute Lage, die nahe an Essensplätze ist. Eine komplette Küche. Wird wieder besuchen, hoch empfohlenes Motel zu bleiben in Dunedin.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, right from reception, housekeeping to porters. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks, having a laundry in the hotel was a lovely bonus. There were food places of all varieties within walking distance as well. Definitely recommend staying here

Wonderful Experience! Poshtel is an antique-style hotel with beautifully designed interiors. Each room has its own unique theme, classic and full of character, making the stay truly memorable. The overall cleanliness is good and the atmosphere feels cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we were stuck due to a strong wind red warning, with public transportation canceled and unable to reach another city to catch our flight, the hotel team went above and beyond. They helped us book an alternative driver and kindly extended our checkout time, giving us more flexibility to plan for contingencies. We truly appreciate their assistance and thoughtful service. Highly recommend Poshtel for its distinctive character and outstanding hospitality!

Cromwell is a beautiful place and this motel was perfect for our stay which included a trip to the Carrick Winery restaurant and a walk along the Cromwell to Clyde trail. The host gave us great tips on where to eat breakfast and overall was a super stay

13晚南島住宿中最滿意的一間房！雖然價格也是最貴的，但皇后鎮總體都偏貴，有些酒店停車還需要另外付費。 訂的湖景房，但一入住就發現1樓的湖景被綠植遮擋了。隨即去前台詢問能否換一間樓層更高的。接待的Fuka非常熱心，換了一間3樓的房間，還建議我們先去房間看看是否滿意。 3樓的湖景好了很多，更重要的是，房間面積也比之間那間大了很多。估計就是攜程房型介紹中的最小面積和最大面積的區別。 我們直接在陽台上看了極光、星空。 房間設施很好，水壓很大，洗澡舒服。 建議對房間不滿意的姐妹們，大膽地去表達要求。在合理範圍內，酒店是會滿足的。畢竟同一個房型中的不同房間還是有差距的。

Traditional decoration for the room with modern cookware. Cookware only for coffee and toast. Free parking but limited spaces and area. A bit narrow when it is full parking. Beware of free cloth washing but charged for cloth drying service.
