My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

酒店位置很好，就在市中心的西班牙廣場邊上，去皮拉爾廣場很近，約700米步行幾分鐘，都又不像老城那樣擁擠。房間乾淨整潔，就是缺少了洗手液或皂，不太方便。早餐內容略顯簡單。皮拉爾廣場夜景很漂亮，有時間可去河對岸看更漂亮。

Located inside of Zaragoza rail station ,super nice to access to another places as a connected transportation.I selected a suit room and enjoyed spacious lounge.very suitable for business travelers who rush to move.but the hotel is being built along the station building, super long horizontally ,hard to walk from elevator ,my room was quite far from elevator even if it was in the middle of building.so might not be a good choice for lazybones .the heater did not work well ,probably due to the big room, I had a cold night unfortunately.if you want to hang out in the downtown, had better book other hotels near central area.

Was für eine erstaunliche Feststellung, wir wo sehr glücklich hier bleiben. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch, wie in den Bildern gezeigt, sauber, geräumig, große Badezimmer-Minibar im Zimmer mit erschwinglichen Artikeln. Die Eincheckung war sehr einfach und wir haben unsere Taschen verlassen, als wir früh, das Personal sehr hilfreich, uns inchecken und bieten Richtungen von Orten zu besuchen. Hotel in der Nähe der Stadt, Bahnhöfe und Essens, wir hatten eine große Basis für die Exploration von Zaragoza. Das Frühstück war gut, viele Dinge zu wählen, gute Auswahl an Essen und Kaffee (über eine Kaffeemaschine). Das Hotel ist wunderschön, nicht datiert, nicht in der Notwendigkeit von Updates nur perfekt. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht in der Wohnung genutzt, da wir in vielen anderen im Bereich essen.

Komfortables Hotel, sehr gutes Bett. Heiße Heimstätte, wunderschönes Frühstück. Sehr gut gelegen, ruhige Straße, zwei Schritte vom Platz Spanien. Wir kommen zurück!

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well. We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

La estancia fué corta por lo que no fue posible utilizar mucho las instalaciones, en la habitación las camas eran muy cómodas, las almohadas geniales, se agradece un espejo entero en la puerta y se agradecen los enchufes cerca para la carga de los móviles.Se agrácese también la máquina de café e infusiones a disposición gratuita bajo. Por lo la estancia ha sido corta pero agradable. Aunque el hotel está retirado del centro hay buena combinación de autobús y/o parada de taxi para llegar al centro.

Location: The hotel is well-located, with many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, making it quite convenient for getting around. Service: The service is average—nothing particularly enthusiastic as rumored, but no major issues either. Facilities :The facilities are generally okay, but the comfort of the mattress leaves something to be desired and could use improvement. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is acceptable, with no significant problems noted.

Die Lage ist eher durchschnittlich, da sich das Hotel in einem Neubaugebiet befindet. Daher muss man etwa 1,5–2 km zu Fuß zurücklegen, um die nächsten Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants zu erreichen. Positiv ist, dass sich neben der Rezeption ein kleines Café befindet, das Speisen und Getränke zu günstigen Preisen anbietet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach (es gibt nur Seife), Hausschuhe, Duschhaube oder Trinkwasser fehlen.
