El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tienes restaurantes espectaculares alrededor. El personal es agradable y muy atento. La maquinaria del gimnasio está muy vieja exceptuando la bicicleta y la elíptica. Las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó a mí). NO tenía ventilación ninguna. Y las cañerías del baño olían muy mal, esto hacía que la habitación oliera mal siempre. También se detecta a simple vista humedad en las habitaciones. Pero imagino que es debido a que ya lleva mucho tiempo y les hace falta una pequeña reforma. El resto todo muy bien. Repetiré sin duda sobre todo por la ubicación 🔝🔝

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

Das Hotelzimmer ist relativ neu, die Umgebung ist allgemein, das Zimmer hat kein kostenloses Mineralwasser?

I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

Zunächst einmal ist alles gut und reibungslos bislang. Es ist guter Service und die Einrichtungen. Aber leider fragte ich den Rezeption Service über das Problem mit dem Wasser aus dem Minikühlschrank und über Wasser auf dem Boden und bitte schnell reinigen. Danach ist es noch nie passiert, aufzutreten. Ich habe nur enttäuscht ☹️ darüber. Deshalb habe ich nur einen Stern über Reinigung gelegt! Ich genossen das Essen gut. Sicherlich, meine Gedanken darüber und ich möchte in einem Tag wiederkommen, weil es die beste Stadtblicke, die ich je habe. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Fuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.
