5-Sterne-Hotels in Östliche Provinz, Saudi-Arabien

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend. 

Great Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar! Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel a bit old but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Food was a great ! A nice surprise was a Michelin star chef at the restaurant.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem alten Zylinder im Zentrum, leere Zimmer um ihn, kein Zimmer im Zimmer, ein schönes, alten Mode, renoviert und der Pilz ist vielfältig, sondern ein Haus oder ein alten Mode-Kakao, ein Schrein, ein Schrein. Ich mag den Pilz überhaupt nicht, obwohl es nicht gut ist, es ist sehr cool, und es ist sehr kooperativ, weit über die Grenze, für Parken, es gibt eine besondere Position entfernt von der Sonne, ich gebe es nicht fünf Sterne.

The a brand renovated hotel with very great amenities and facilities. The service is awesome, and staff are very friendly.

Ich mag das Hotel, seine Lage, seinen einfachen Zugang, das Personal ist professionell und schnell, der Valley-Service ist schrecklich, das Zimmer ist sauber und erläutert.
