everything is good except the food, i stay for 3 night and the food stalk never change, always : porride, soto ayam, rawon, hainan their pastry and western and asian also everday similar always have chicken sausage, potato wedges, telur barendo, fried rice (one same variant) its so bored

Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

Die JW Marriott ist ein nächster Stufe von den anderen Marriott Hotels. Das freundliche Personal, verschiedene Lebensmitteloptionen im Frühstück und zahlreiche Punkte hatten meinen Aufenthalt zu einem wunderbar gemacht.

This resort has great swimming pool and many facilities for kids. Bring your kids here! They will enjoy it for sure. Family friendly indeed.

Warm, freundliches Personal, das gute und praktische Beratung über die Proteste und Sicherheit gab, sehr geschätzt . Hausaufbewahrung war unverfälschlich und gedachtevoll und wirklich schnell mit ad hoc Anfragen.  Die Zimmer sind groß (größennormen aus einer anderen Zeit) und die Kombination von analogen vintage-Funktionen und aktualisierten Funktionen ist charmant. Klar und stark WIFI , saubere Zimmer besonders für tropische Einstellungen Die Buffet-Verteilung ist von hervorragender Qualität, sauber und eine gute Mischung aus leckeren lokalen und internationalen kontinentalen Optionen.  Der Spa ist wunderschön, obwohl der Service variieren kann - ich hatte einen wunderschönen Therapeut und mein Freund’s Therapeut verwendete ihr Telefon während der Sitzung (die in keinem Massageplatz akzeptiert ist, was mehr in diesem Ort) unvereinbar mit den sehr hohen Service- und Gastfreundschaftsstandards, die von den anderen Mitarbeitern festgelegt wurden. Ich würde zurückkommen und hier nochmal bleiben!

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Room Change at Midnight, Poor Sleep I had to switch rooms at midnight because the air conditioning couldn't cool below 20°C. The technician couldn’t fix it and advised me to call the duty manager. I had an early flight and needed rest, but the room change took time, and I was disturbed again by a late-night call offering a towel. I finally slept around 12:30 AM and had to wake up at 5:15 AM. On the bright side, the porter kindly gave me a breakfast bag before my early checkout. Still, I’m reconsidering staying here again—might opt for a 4-star hotel with better comfort next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Bumi Surabaya Resort Hotel. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a true resort vibe right in the heart of the city. The view is stunning, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and the food is genuinely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure! I found nice squirrel to live in the tree nearby
