To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

我們住了7天的帶泳池的豪華套房。房間有些破舊，感覺很老了，跟網上照片不一樣。衞生也一般，可能是因為房間舊了。比如廁所浴盆及周邊瓷磚縫隙裏面有黴，地板開裂了感覺總是臟兮兮的。沙發白色的但是很臟，有褪色也有臟臟的印記。房間隔音也差，樓上説話在廁所裏都聽的見。另外酒店雖然説是全包式，但是對瓶裝水和三餐時間控制的很嚴。瓶裝水每人每次衹能拿一瓶，還不會配送，必須自己去吧枱拿。三餐稍微要到點了，就會被催趕，並且服務員態度也會變得很惡劣。我們有一個小寶寶通行，預訂時備註要求了準備嬰兒床，並且在酒店whatsapp上也提醒了，但是到了房間裏還是沒有床，晚上入住後等了一個多小時才來加床，影響了寶寶的睡覺時間。總之我們對酒店的體驗一般，設施衞生和服務都不值得。

Der Service in diesem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel auf der Insel Ke ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt mehr Obst als in anderen Hotels und die Portionen sind größer. Ich habe mich auch für das Abendessen im Hotel entschieden, was auch sehr günstig und lecker war. Empfehlenswert. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es außerdem ein archäologisches Museum, das nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Es gibt auch einen Platz und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio im Untergeschoss. Alles war gut

Alles war großartig. Das Design hat mir sehr gefallen. Schön, Zugang zum anderen Pilot Resort zu haben und trotzdem an einem ruhigeren Ort zu wohnen.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Service an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und empfiehlt nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und half auch bei der Taxibestellung.

Das Hotel war also sehr gut, das einzige Problem war die Reservierung, ich buchte eine Reise mit privatem Whirlpool, und als ich im Hotel ankam, gab es keine Reservierung mit Whirlpool, sondern nur ein einfaches Zimmer. Ich habe die Reservierung im Hotel gesehen, daher kam der Fehler von der Reise. Sie haben mir nur 293 Euro erstattet, während die Zimmer ohne Whirlpool mindestens 500 Euro weniger waren. Wirklich enttäuscht, ich glaube nicht, dass ich auf einer Reise noch einmal buchen werde. Aber das Hotel war großartig!!
