本來打算住一天，工作人員非常熱情，又多住了三天

I gave full 5/5 grades for Batam 1 Hotel. Located is good, there are food stall around the area and it takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nagoya Shopping Mall. I took Grab from Mall back to Hotel was only 12k (about S$1). The room was clean, bedsheets and pillow cases were smelt fresh. Many channels on TV. Counter staff were courteous, checkin checkout also fast. Breakfast was simple but not too bad indeed. Hotel guest gets 30% discount for the massage at level 3. I will book this hotel again the next time I visit Batam.

Ich mag dieses kleine und exzellente wirtschaftliche Hotel sehr, ich mag auch die in der Umgebung von Indonesien gepflegten Speisen. Ich finde, dass es den gleichen Preis hat, dass es überschüssige Dinge wert sind, und es gibt kostenlose Kaffee und Wasser. Das Personal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und wird in der nächsten Zeit bleiben.

 Ich blieb hier eine Nacht und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Allgemeinen, obwohl die Einrichtungen ziemlich begrenzt sindno Fitnessraum, Bar oder Lounge. Das Zimmer selbst war komfortabel und sehr bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Malls in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wird jedoch in einem öffentlichen Raum serviert, das ein wenig abgeholt. Das Personal war freundlich und bequem zu meinen Anfragen. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass mein Zimmer auf der Ebene eins war, was es etwas laut am Abend machte.

The location of this hotel really super good and breakfast is served with variety of locals food . Big space of room c/w very cool aircon and very hot water .The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will visit this hotel again soon. Tq

Its was really awesome,you guys a rock..but th only thing is bath room got so many flys maybe be you the drainage full of hair and not really clean properly that why attract the small2 fly,and during my visit the water heater not working,so shower under the cold rain shower 🥶room really comfy and spacious,love it🫶🏻

Hotel mit schönem Service und Haushaltung auch sehr gut Ich empfehle noch immer, ist dies der beste Ort, um in Batam zu bleiben.

The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for solo or couple travelers. It's a great value for money, offering more than what other budget options provide.

We booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery.

Stayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab. Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door. Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.
