Wir hatten dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil man in der Nacht 1AM erreichte und das Hotel zeigte eine kostenlose Shuttle die ganze Nacht. Auf unsere große Überraschung begann der Shuttle (gelbe Bus) bei 4AM. Also, beachten Sie, wenn Ihr Flug in der Nacht kommt. Das Personal war sehr nett,, sie haben uns einen späten Abflug angeboten, ohne dass man es fragt. Mikrowelle im Zimmer, Große Zimmer, saubere Bettwäsche, aber der Rest war nicht sehr sauber. Haar in der Mülleimer, Haar elastisch im Bad, man sieht im Boden Staub und voll schmutziger Finger auf den Türen.

Double studio room is relatively small. Sound proofing a bit bad. Bed also very small. Key card reader a bit problematic. Hard to detect. But the location is good, very close to queenstreet. Less than 1 minute walk. The major cons is the car park is not complimentary. Need to pay NZD30.00 for overnight parking which I think quite expensive.

We arrived late at night but check in was simple. Decent location with a short walk to the China town area of Auckland with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again and happily go to any other lylo locations too! Staff were all friendly and helpful as well!

The outside of the hotel looks a bit crappy but the room is neat and clean. The location is amazing because it is really super close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. Service was good but there was no reception and had to go to the motel next door, but the staff there was very helpful.

Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Hotel, der allerdings viele Umwege erfordert. Um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, müssen Sie ein Taxi oder einen Shuttlebus für 8 Personen/Person nehmen. Ein Taxi kostet etwa 15 Dollar und es ist einfach, ein Taxi zu rufen. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach, stillt aber den Hunger. Viel kostengünstiger als Novelel.

Ich habe Oakwood Manor über die Jahre bewundert. Ich habe nie geblieben, aber immer dachte ich, es war eine erstaunliche Einrichtung vom Straßenweg, als ich fahren. Im Zimmer zu bleiben war eine negative Überraschung in Bezug auf Zimmer eingerichtet und Dekor. Neben diesem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr elementares Zimmer mit nicht viel Platz zu bewegen. Aber natürlich wird nicht erwartet, über eine Nacht zu bleiben. Funktionell zumindest. Zahnpasta nicht verfügbar. Keine kostenlose Flughafentransfer.

It has the best location, near a bus stop, walking distance to skye tower, Britomart station, albert park, Auckland fish market, viaduct and a lot more. I ended up not using my train card. They have a very friendly staff at reception. As for the housekeeping, was not happy because they just fixed my bedsheets, throw trash but did not vacuum the floor and clean the toilet room.

Staff at the front desk was really friendly. Also, loved that this hotel had the yellow bus service - which was really convenient after a long flight :) Motel was decent and had all basic amenities. Thank you for the hospitality!

Arriving at the international airport, we needed to depart the next morning on a domestic flight so opted to stay at the Gateway because it was on the route of the free bus with accommodation. $8 pp if no booking. The Hotel looked shabby from the outside, however was really surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were, we also dined in the restaurant, large portion, food, and reasonable prices would definitely stay again.
