Wir blieben dort für 9 Tage. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist OK. Großer Piña coladas. Niedriger Pool und ein kleiner und gemütlicher privater Strand. Große Betten und Kissen. Leider hat das Hotel keine WLAN in den Zimmern und die Einrichtungen fallen ab. Möbel und Dekorationen sind ziemlich veraltet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht immer und gleich mit heißem Wasser. Sie zahlen Sie für Eis (vor mir nie geschehen). Schreckliche Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Es ist nur zu teuer für das, was Sie erhalten. Ich hinterlasse einige Bilder, damit Sie sich selbst sehen können.

Definitely the perfect location right on a beautiful beach. The property was clean, pool area nice, and room was well-maintained with great A/C. I think for the price, better toiletries should be provided. Negative was the staff that I felt was particularly unfriendly. Downright surly waitstaff in the breakfast buffet and others throughout the property simply not friendly or smiling. One exception is the pool bartender, and regrettably I don't know his name.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind spektakulär, in der Tat verdienen sie mehr als auf den Fotos. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und die Behandlung ist spektakulär, vor allem die Sicherheitsausrüstung, sowohl im Poolbereich als auch im Hotel im Allgemeinen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist im ganzen Zentrum, und es ist eine sehr sichere und freie Straße. Alles und das Hotel ist noch nicht fertig, wir sind sicher, dass es gleich schön sein wird. Wir werden zweifellos wiederholen.

Hola!!! Viajamos con mi pareja, nuestra experiencia fue exelente, desde el momento que reservamos desde Argentina siempre se nos contestó con un trato muy cordial por parte de sus dueños, Luis y Marisol, quienes al momento de llegar al hotel nos estaban esperando con nuestra habitación con sábanas y toallas limpias, muy cómoda y con baño privado. Nosotros elegimos pagar el alojamiento con las 3 comidas, desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Para el almuerzo y cena habían siempre dos opciones para elegir, la comida era exquisita,muy sabrosa y los 7 días que estuvimos comimos platos diferentes. Los dueños y gente que trabaja ahí siempre estaban predispuestos a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites y tambien a conocer la isla, te brindaban todo tipo de información sobre los tours, horarios de micros y de mas. El Hotel es hermoso lleno de colores, plantas y muy limpio, A menos de 500m pasaban todos los micros que te llevaban al centro. La verdad es que sí existiera la posibilidad de volver a la isla me alojaría nuevamente con ellos.

Blissful Experience on Beautiful San Andres This trip was our first time in Colombia and our first time in San Andres. Initially we reserved and stayed one night at another property on the southwest end of the island. Although it was across the road from the ocean with a stunning view and with a great beach just to the south down the road, it was very far away from everything. The boutique hotel Casa Hendaus found us. We thought that there weren't anymore ”nice” places available when we booked our initial lodging. We found and booked Casa Hendaus just hours after realizing the other location would not work. By the way, English is my first language. The evening manager does not speak English but was patient when I explained my needs in basic Spanish. One look was all it took! From the lobby to 2nd floor pool lounge to the top floor breakfast area, the entire property is beautiful. Beyond beautiful...blissful. One can realize quickly that EVERY element of the property was considered by a thoughtful human wish you to feel bliss. Experience the property for yourself. Meet Rebecca, the day manager, who is fluent in English. Her recommendations were so helpful! From dinner options to taxis she helped us whenever we needed it. Every morning, meet the morning staff who prepares and serves your meal in the penthouse breakfast area. Meet your room attendants who faithfully restore your room to a comfortable condition to receive you at day's end. Even meet the grounds person and maintenance person, both careful caretakers of the greenery and property. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. You could walk here from the airport in 20 minutes. If there was no fence, you could be there in 5 minutes! But a 5 minute taxi ride for certain. The beach and boardwalk area is about 20 minutes walking. Downtown or El Centro is about 30 minutes. The ocean and sunset is out the door, to the left, 7 minutes away. Enjoy your stay!!!

Es gibt drei Hauptprobleme. Zum einen gibt es kein heißes Wasser zum Baden, so dass Sie nur duschen können, was für Leute, die gerne schwimmen, nicht bequem ist. Zweitens ist es zu nahe am Flughafen, laut, schlechte Erholung, es ist nicht einfach, ein Taxi vom Hotel zu nehmen, und das Stadtzentrum ist unpraktisch. Das dritte ist, dass die Hotelangestellten nachts nicht im Dienst sind und niemand im Notfall ist. Andere, wie der Hotelservice und die Umgebung, sind alle gut!

Die Lage ist auf der anderen Seite vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie können dort innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung selbst ist gut. Es wäre besser, wenn ich WiFi im Zimmer nutzen kann.
