Feyajoma San Andres Islas

Well, the Feyajoma is not a hotel. It is apparently a private person dealing with available hotel rooms. Only after contacting Feyajoma via WhatsApp one day before reservation starts I got more information about my hotel. They told me, that I will stay in Nairobi Hotel. Only then I could check about location, quality etc. I have to admit it was not bad for only some €10 for one night. It was clean, very close to the Airport (I wanted it that way and was lucky I got one within 6 minutes walking distance!). Friendly service. No problem at all at Check-In. The negative side, there was no window in my room. And as the hotel was fully booked I couldn't change the room. However, for one night and supposed to leave very early for my flight I accepted. After all, it was ok. But maybe I was lucky. Maybe another time Feyajoma put a guest in a bad Hotel!?!. At least next guests would know now. They can decide to take the risk.

The apartment was in poor condition. Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful. During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street at another rental. Buyer be very aware.

Garbage host Garbage host. Go re-directed to another property and that property was terrible

The bathroom was dirty, and the shower courting was old , dirty and broken, the ac wasn't working fine and the tv without remote. Ohhh no wifi ...

It’s not a true hotel ! It’s a scam. When we arrived, the hotel was not at the address on the website. We had to walk 5 min more. As well, the room did not match with the pictures on the website. It’s a different location. They told us that their is no WiFi. Also, the room was very dirty, mold and cockroaches. The furniture in the bathroom was broken. The owner was not in the location so we had to deal with a guy. He was rude. When we told him that we don’t want to stay, he told us that we have to leave quickly. We had to find another hotel quickly before to be in the street with our luggage’s. Don’t go to this place !!!!

Getting in contact with anyone was impossible. I kept getting notifications through ******* with numbers to call, but three different numbers were disconnected. I had to end up staying elsewhere.

Las personas de la propiedad me transfirieron a otro lugar porque tenían toda la propiedad ocupada, sin embargo al lugar que me llevaron quedaba en el centro a dos cuadras de la playa, así que fue perfecto.

SI TIENEN LA OPORTUNIDAD DE IR ALLÍ DESAPROVECHENLA, HICE RESERVA POR RAPPI TRAVEL, AL LLEGAR NO HAY NADIE, EL NUMERO QUE ME BRINDARON NO EXISTE, DESPUES DE TOCAR INSISTENTEMENTE (SIN JUZGAR) ME HABRIERON UNOS INDIOS (DE LA INDIA) QUE NI HABLABAN ESPAÑOL, SUPER DESAGRADABLE EL MOMENTO, EL DUEÑO DEL LUGAR NUNCA APARECIÓ, NO ME QUISIERON DEVOLVER MI DINERO POR 3 NOCHES PAGAS, TUVE QUE BUSCAR UN HOTEL QUE ME SALIO MUCHO MAS COSTOSO. ES LO PEOR QUE TIENE SAN ANDRES Y ESPERO LES VAYA MAL EN LA VIDA A TODA ESA MANADA DE HPTAS.

Mejor relación calidad precio. Excelente relación ubicación calidad precio Recomiendo.
