Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, trotz eines Missverständnisses wurde uns nichts extra verrechnet, im Gegenteil, wie durften länger im Zimmer bleiben, und das Hauseigene Shuttle brachte uns kostenlos zum Flughafen. Es gab ein Doppelbett in einem Zimmer und ein Einzelbett im anderen. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig, aber das Badezimmer war etwas klein. "Ich habe dieses Hotel besonders wegen des hohen Niveaus im Vergleich zu den Zimmerpreisen genossen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Hauptstraßen und der U-Bahn-Linie 7 in der Nähe und dem Themenpark Universal Studios in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für Quantität und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der Service im Zimmer verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere in der Bereitschaft zur Zimmerreinigung und Schwierigkeiten für nicht chinesisch sprechende Personen, sich mit WLAN zu verbinden."
