Die besten Hotels in Neapel, Italien

Ich habe diesen Ort ausgewählt, da ich über den Flughafen von Palermo ankam und Neapel mit dem Zug verlassen musste – es ist buchstäblich 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Schnellzügen entfernt und super erreichbar! Auch das Personal war bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Frühstück wärmstens empfehlen, es kostet 6 Euro mehr und ist es wert! Ein italienisches Frühstück ist so toll und es wird gut serviert, ich habe mich jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Auch einen Block von einer ganzen Reihe von Restaurants zum Mittag- oder Abendessen entfernt. Perfekte Lage

A parte il fatto (comunque colpa mia) che avevo prenotato e pagato per due, ma all'ultimo momento la mia compagna non è venuta, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato ( la 304) aveva un pervasivo e disgustoso odore di gabinetto. il copriletto era vecchissimo, sporco e completamente mangiato dalle tarme, (vedi foto). . La seconda camera (la 202) era decente e l'ho presa. Aveva il bagno per i disabili, ma considero questo un plus. Ma gli accessori di del bagno erano tarati per una sola persona (1 asciugamani per mano normale, 1 asciugamano doccia, nessun bicchiere (e l'impianto idrico lasciava a desiderare). Lo staff mi ha portato quanto richiesto, IL peggio però era l'impianto di condizionamento, assolutamente non funzionante. Fortunatamente la temperatura era gradevole, ma la mattina farsi la doccia in un bagno freddo non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha provveduto il giorno dopo. Visto che il check out era alle 11, ho lasciato, alle ore 9:00 lo zaino al deposito bagagli: non vi è stata applicata alcuna etichetta. Alle ore 16:00 del 6 gennaio sono andato a riprenderlo: non c'era più. Uno dello Staff, un po' balbettante mi ha detto che li avevano spostati in altro luoho. E me lo ha mostrato: in una zona in penombra; c'era un solo zaino, all’apparenza il mio, l'ho preso e sono ripartito per Salerno. Solo all'arrivo mi sono accorto che lo zaino, seppur identico, non era il mio. Solo grazie alla disponibilità della persona che aveva preso il mio sono riuscito ad operare lo scambio di restituzione. Quando ho lascito lo zaino (ore 08:30) ho comunicato chiaramente alla reception che, dopo la colazione sarei tornato, ben prima delle 11:00 ora del check out per usare il bagno. Tornato dopo mezz'ora ho trovato la stanza già disfatta con le donne delle pulizia ed il bagno ormai inagibile.già in pulizia. Comunque, vabbè che eravamo in altissima stagione ma per un albergo in zona stazione d Napoli, degradata e mal frequentata, 180 euro + 6 euro di tassa d soggiorno per due notti mi sembrano un po' eccessivi per un albergo di terza categoria

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, Massimo at the reception was great and recommend us a very nice restaurant that we really liked. Sabrina and Marianna always ensured our room was cleaned every day! I loved that! We took the package that included breakfast and it was so worthy. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, highly recommend.

La principal ventaja de este hotel es su cercanía al aeropuerto, con la posibilidad de ir andando por zona urbanizada y caminable, durante un paseo de diez minutos. A pesar de estar cerca en el mapa, hay que rodear una instalación militar para llegar. En cuanto al hotel, destaco su limpieza y también su rapidez en la recepción. El restaurante tiene una carta algo corta, pero la pasta que hemos probado era de calidad.

Loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We used Lucio (can book through hotel) for airport pickup which removed all stress for us. He was waiting in arrivals and then short walk to car. Hotel is very clean and lovely breakfast which was waiting for us every morning. Train station near by but this did not bother us. While no restaurant at hotel there are plenty of great ones near by. We did several trips, Naples War Cemetery, as my uncle is buried there from WW2, Capri, totally amazing, Pompei and Amalfi coast, again totally amazing. Lucio was our transport for all of the above he is one of the most kind, caring and helpful men that we had a pleasure to meet. All in all we had the most fantastic short break in Naples.

Einer der Hauptgründe für das Hotel war die Möglichkeit kostenlos dort parken zu können. Der Parkplatz ist im Innenhof, es gibt eine kleine Tiefgarage und den Hof. Wir haben dem Personal immer unseren Autoschlüssel da gelassen das sie es ggf umparken konnten da der Platz begrenzt ist. Das Hotel selber hatte mich aber dennoch auch so positiv überrascht. Ich hatte für den ÜF Preis nichts erwartet aber man bekam eine saubere Unterkunft, ein sehr tolles Frühstück und Herzlichkeit an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind in der Tat alt und einfach, die Duschtasse ist miniatur, und auch so ist das Bad sehr eng, aber es ist sehr sauber! Ich finde das ist die Hauptsache. Die Inneneinrichtung vom Zimmer ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch das ist ok, weil alles sauber war. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage war voll funktionsfähig... der Strassenlärm hielt sich auch bei geöffnetem Fenster im Rahmen. Die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn doch empfand ich Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer nicht störend. Es gibt direkt neben dem Hotel die Bushaltestelle von wo man eine gute Busverbindung in die Innenstadt hat. Vom Flughafen ist man in 10 min (je nach Verkehr) mit dem PKW im Hotel. Das Frühstück wie schon erwähnt war grandios und sehr liebevoll angerichtet, es gibt sogar Glutenfreies Brot, sowie Pflanzenmilchsorten... Neben Brötchen und Brot, verschiedene Käse und Wurstsorten, gekochte Eier, Obst, Antipasti,... Auch wenn der Stadtteil als sozialer Brennpunkt gilt empfand ich ihn nicht als heruntergekommen. Es sah aus wie überall in Neapel auch sonst. Ich hab mich auch nicht unsicher gefühlt, zu keiner Tageszeit! Unbedingt die Pizzeria direkt nebenan testen, war die beste Pizza die ich je in Italien hatte und auch die beste von Neapel die ich probiert hab!

Das Zimmer war perfekt, super komfortable, gut ausgestattet und perfekt sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut für die italienischen Standards und das Front Desk ist immer eifersüchtig, zu helfen. Sehr empfohlen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem. Es ist etwa zehn Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, um die Gepäckstücke zu halten. Der Flughafen ist 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist komplett abgestürzt, es gibt eine Spülung mit Kopfwaschmittel 👍🏻 Rezeption 👍🏻
