Das Goldient Boutique Hotel ist eine fantastische Wahl für die Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Das Design des Hotels ist modern und stilvoll, schafft eine komfortable und einladende Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt, bietet alle notwendigen Einrichtungen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch groß, mit einfachem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Restaurants. Im Golden Boutique Hotel hatte ich eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Kons sind seine kleinen Toilettengrößen. Es gibt nicht viel Raum, um einmal in der Innenstadt zu drehen und es wird eine Katastrophe für übergewichtige Gäste sein. Sein Design von zwei Schiebetüren, die am Diagonalpunkt schließen, ist nicht bewundernswert und die Schiebetüren sind kaum geschlossen! Der schlimmste Teil? Das Badezimmer Lichtstrahlt durch die Glastür (obwohl designiert verdorrt) trennen sie und das Schlafzimmer!! Vielleicht gut für eine Person, aber sicherlich nicht nein für 2 zu teilen! Zögern Sie, zurückzukommen.

Das Hotelpersonal trägt Ihren Koffer auf Ihr Zimmer. Sie geben auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Zimmerausstattung. Mir wurde der 3. Stock zugewiesen und das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten große Fenster und Türen. Man hat einen Panoramablick und das Gefühl der Offenheit ist das Beste. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die große Fenster mögen! Ich kann die Windböen und das Krähen der Hähne im Morgengrauen hören. (Bitte beachten Sie dies, wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind) Da es neu gebaut ist, ist es sauber und hat vor allem einen Blick auf das Restaurant, in dem man frühstückt. Es ist das Beste!!! Auf drei Seiten offen! Auch die Reisnudeln waren sehr lecker. Vor allem das Huhn! Auch Früchte wie Mango und Drachenfrucht sind frisch. Es wäre toll, wenn du dich beim Frühstück entspannen möchtest ^^

Khách sạn vị trí gần trung tâm, đậm chất Pháp từ kiến trúc các biệt thự, màu sơn, âm nhạc, bố trí nội, ngoại thất…tóm lại không gian mang hơi thở Pháp. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, mới, sạch sẽ, sang trọng, bồn tắm cửa sổ view vườn hoa rất xinh. Đồ ăn sáng vừa đủ, đặc biệt nhiều loại bánh rất ngon. Nhân viên lịch sự, thân thiện. Cảm giác thư giãn, thoải mái khi nghỉ tại đây. Chắc chắn là lựa chọn đầu tiên của tôi khi nghỉ tại Đà Lạt.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Was mich bei dieser Reise nach DL schlecht fühlt, ist definitiv die Serviceerfahrung im New Century Hotel. Es sieht aus dem Außenbereich luxuriös aus, aber inne, der Service ist mir in detail anzumerken: 1- Einchecken früh 50% der Zimmerpreis, checkout 2 Stunden spät 50%, nicht zu erwähnen, die Mitarbeiter auch uns gesagt, um 12 Uhr nicht zu spät gehen, Obwohl ich dem Auto gesagt habe, dass es zu spät kommt, bitten Sie um eine späte Abfertigung und Gebühr. 2- Unser Auto wurde erst am Morgen geleaset und unter dem Grundstück verlassen, weil die Check-out war spät, aber nicht berichtet, um das Auto zu zahlen um 12 Uhr, so dass die Mietwagengebühr immer einen zusätzlichen Tag gezahlt wurde, für die verspätete Zahlung durch 12h. 3- Waschservice 70k/kg , Rückgabe von Artikeln an die Gäste vermisst. 4- PROS: Am Tag, an dem ich hier kam, war das Staubzimmer immer dumm, wir buchten ein Zimmerreinigungstisch und berichteten das Front Desk, aber als wir ankamen, war ich überrascht, dass das Zimmerreinigungstisch ohne Störung in den Mode umgedreht wurde und das Zimmer noch war Stale. Er war in den Menschen verärgert, am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer durch den Sprecher gereinigt, nicht auch den Boden und Staub gewaschen, die Tasse, die ich verwendete, wollte es nicht waschen oder ersetzen. Am letzten Tag, weil das Zimmer zu schmutzig war, sagte ich der Reinigungsmadin, sie zu reinigen, die Reinigungsmadin sagte: der checkout-Tag, so habe ich das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

During my inaugural visit to Vietnam with my parents, our stay at this hotel was refreshingly distinct from previous experiences. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the ambiance exuded a perfect blend of modernity with a touch of French style, harmonizing seamlessly with the essence of Dalat. Every aspect, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere, contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience that left a positive impression on our stay.

Großes Hotel von Personal zu Dienstleistungen. Das junge und freundliche Personal unterstützt die Finanzen und wünscht mir auch einen guten Schlaf der Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr Augenfang. Darüber hinaus hat das Hotel einen sehr schönen Blick. Sie sollten es einmal erleben, wenn Sie zum Hotel kommen
