The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent” 2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox 3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office 4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then 5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge) 6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is right beside the beach and there’s a lot of sun chairs with umbrellas/palm trees for shade. There’s a beach bar and we spent so much time just lounging down here. The breakfast was really good, not too much but lots of variety. Housekeeping and reception were great. Above the hotel on the main drag is a lot of local restaurants and shops that we ate at. We rented motorcycles for 150,000/day and cruised the island. I was impressed how the reception treated us with more trust than other places I’ve stayed at. Only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the ocean water isn’t super clean. Very murky and has some algae that sting, but that’s everywhere in Phu Quoc I think. Sunsets were great 😊

For the first night I booked a single standard room. The room is spacious and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Im travelling for 6 months and this bed was in the worst condition I ever had. You literally sleep on the spirals. I went to the reception to say something about it. She replied to me: many people sleep in this room but they don't complain like you. Giving me the feeling im sort of a diva. Overall not a really friendly receptioniste.I felt burdened asking her a question. I asked to rent a motorbike with a phone holder (because I need this for Google Maps, otherwise I get lost 😅). Hotel charges you 150.000 VND. Five minutes later a motorbike without phone holder arrived. Again I was given the look of complaining once I said I really want a motorbike with phone holder. I went to a rental place just 6 minutes away from the resort. Super friendly guy, good motorbikes (with phone holders) and only charge you 120.000 VND. My second night I got offered a nice room next to the swimmingpool. The matrass was not as bad as the first one, but VERY hard. Havent had a good sleep since my arrival at the resort. The beds really are a problem here, too bad, because the resort itself is nice! Good value for the money. In terms of the swimmingpool. Its a nice and clean swimmingpool, but Vietnamese family swimming and making noises till late. Since my room was next to the swimmingpool, very disturbing there is no one in the resort taking care of this. Overall: nice resort, good location, clean, but noisy around the swimmingpool (if you have some bad luck with the guests like I did) and terrible beds. I changed my stay since I want to catch some sleep so Im able to explore the island!

I had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk. The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back. The manager is a liar. And they didn’t give me refund.

Very nice place just next to the sea, very quiet, the rooms are bigs, the breakfast is fantastic, most of the food is homemade! Service is just perfect with very friendly people. An unique experience I recommend without hesitation.
Roma Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Airport Shuttle & Sunset Town Tour

We stayed 2 nights. We booked a family room with sea view and a king room with sea view, however they did not arrange them on the same building and WhatsApp me the day before to ask if we can changed to three king room with sea views so that all rooms would be in the same building (two rooms on one floor and the other room on a different floor). For convenience, we changed to 3 rooms as suggested. The rooms are spotless clean and look exactly as photos. The staffs are helpful and polite. They gave us complimentary cable car water park tickets for all of us for the next day. The location is great for us. It's walkable distance from the Kiss of the Sea venue and the cable car station. We can see firework of the show again from the room the next day. Breakfast is just so so, lack variety and we need to ask the staffs for hot drinks. The staffs were very busy so they could not refill food. I can't complain as the price is very bargain. Great value for money. Recommend.

Отдых с конца декабря-начало января 2025г. Начнём с того, что после бронирования за неделю до заезда пришло уведомление с просьбой отказаться от бронирования и возвратом денег. На моё сообщение, что бронирование отменять не собираюсь, т.к. предновогодние даты и другое жилье найти не получится, со мной никто больше не связался. По приезде в отель нас встретил сотрудник и сообщил, что заселение строго с 14-00 , но можно оставить багаж на хранение, так и мы и сделали. После заселения и осмотра бунгало (бронили бунгало с видом на сад) явно видно, что уборка достаточно посредственная, на фене слой пыли и грязи, в ванной комнате по углам грязь, холодной воды не было первые сутки, на потолочном вентиляторе грязь, по внутренним шкафам даже не смотрели, вещи держали на стульях и в чемодане. На ресепшн плохо или не говорят по английски, отдельные сотрудники могут помочь в решении проблем. Можно взять скутер в прокат-150к донгов/день, мопеды убитые, шлема тоже. Бассейн есть, чистый, за ним явно производится каждодневный уход. Много семей с детьми. Анимации нет, дополнительные предложения по экскурсиям есть-дорого. До пляжа идти 5-7 минут, пляж шикарный, в номерах дополнительного кладут пляжные полотенца- это плюс. По завтракам- очень насыщенные рано утром с 7-8 утра, потом часть заканчивается, не дополняют. Шумоизоляция в номерах средняя, напор воды, конкретно у нас, горячей-отличная! Холодная с перебоями, тоненькой струйкой, мы просили починить. Сантехник до нас шёл 2 дня) в остальном локация удачная, рядом много разных кафе, ресторанов, рынков, аренды мопедов, прачечных, массажных салонов и тд. Если вы не очень требовательный турист, то ок.

Простенький отель, со всеми удобствами, к самому отелю вопросов нет, молодой человек весьма быстро решал возникающие вопросы, из минусов отсутствие у соседей хоть какого-то уважения к чужому сну, после 12 ночи такое чувство люди не знают что такое сон, а наоборот только просыпаются

Kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Fukuoka; In der Nähe gibt es Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Massagesalons und Wäschereien. Die Bushaltestelle Nr. 17 vom Flughafen befindet sich gegenüber dem Hotel. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen guten Minikühlschrank, eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher. Jeden Tag putzen sie, wechseln die Handtücher, füllen Hygieneartikel auf und stellen 2 Flaschen Wasser (je 350 ml) zur Verfügung; es gibt keinen sicheren, aber nicht kritischen; Die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei allen Fragen immer weiter
