The friendliest staff, in the friendliest hotel, in the friendliest city I've visited in Vietnam. Check-in was a breeze, the room was great, substantial breakfast and this may be strange comment, but the pillows smelled amazing!!! Could not recommend this place enough to anyone passing through Pleiku.

It was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

Khách sạn có thiết kế hiện đại và rất đẹp, nhiều cây xanh nên cảm giác rất dễ chịu thoải mái,buffe sáng nhiều món và chất lượng nhân viên luôn cười vui vẻ và luôn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

!!! The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. The room itself is large and bed is comfortable. Nice pool too. We did find a few cockroach’s in the room, but we don’t mind getting rid of them to be honest (we get that Asia have a lot of them!) One thing I would say is that the breakfast is very disappointing - pho is mainly fish (even the beef meatloaf option is made with fish broth) which I couldn’t eat. There is not a lot of option and also there are no cards stating what each cuisine is.

Diese Unterkunft besteht aus einem Hotel, einem nichtraucherischen Wohnungshaus und einem rauchenden erlaubten Wohnungshaus. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich neu. Servicepersonal sind ziemlich hilfreich und freundlich.
Es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer. Sie müssen nach unten gehen, um alles zu befragen, was Sie brauchen oder wollen, einschließlich der grundlegenden wie Zimmerreinigung auf der täglichen Basis.

RRYKER FARACBeautiful room with great views, we really enjoyed our stay here with the polite and helpful staff ,organizing a motobike was quick and easy ,the cafe was a treat being modern with a large range of hot and cold drinks the different Coffees were all amazing to try, would recommend this hotel highly, we stayed in a Deluxe Double room on floor 5.
