2-Sterne-Hotels in Präfektur Tochigi, Japan

Great location, just across from the Nikko Tobu Station. However, need to hire more people to maintain the hotel. There is no receptionist for checkins between 3-10. Found cobwebs by the sinks and even on the partitions between the lower and upper bed. There is black mold in the bathroom and water pools at the bottom of the shower unit. With 2 shower rooms built for 24 guests, there is really only one shower room for 24 guests because one of the shower rooms cannot be used as you can not close the door to lock it! Wifi is not reliable.

Es ist nahe der Station. Ich bin fahren, also habe ich hinter dem Gebäude einen Münz-Stil-Parkplatz verwendet. Jede Nacht 500 yen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr sauber. Die Bequemlichkeit ist auch sehr reich. Ich möchte es noch einmal verwenden, wenn ich zum Holzmarkt gehe.

Most of the reviews are outdated so I thought I'd give an updated review. For one thing, there is WiFi (I have informed the landlady that the website indicates otherwise). This place is a traditional-style inn. You'll be sleeping in a futon (some Google-fu should help you know how to use one), use two pairs of slippers (one for moving around the house, one exclusively for the toilet) and will also bathe in a Japanese-style shared bathroom. The front gate and bathroom close at 10pm, which is not an issue as everywhere in Nikko closes early and it's too dark to hike outdoors (in early Autumn). We loved using the onsen to relax after a day of strolling around and hiking, and the delicious Japanese-style breakfast was lovingly prepared by a friendly old granny. The premises are old but well-maintained. Toilets, bathroom and onsen were great but we were there during off-peak season so we didn't need to share so much. Should we return to Nikko, this place will be our first choice!

Went for work, staff wasn’t the nicest but were accommodating enough - the night staff was a little rude, but the morning staff the next day was kind enough. I had time to kill in the lobby, where there were free massage chairs, though they were a little beaten up. There were food and drink dispensers as well as a hot water heater and microwave for use. There are also public onsen style baths that I did not take advantage of, but they had many selections. The room I stayed in was nothing special, but was fine for the night I was staying. The location is not great but not terrible, as there is a supermarket nearby open until midnight My biggest piece of advice would be to rent a car if you are staying here; I took a cab then walked to the station the next day after my business in the area was done

今回の宿泊について、全体的にはまあまあ良かったと思います。確かに施設は古く、設備の老朽化も目立ちましたが、清掃はある程度行き届いており、快適さを求めすぎない方には十分だと思います。特にスタッフの対応は丁寧で、挨拶や質問への受け答えもしっかりしていました。この点においては、宿泊客に対する心遣いが感じられました。 しかしながら、非常に残念だった点があります。それは、私が予約時に明確に禁煙部屋を選択したにもかかわらず、実際には喫煙部屋に通されたことです。部屋に入った瞬間から煙草の臭いが強く漂い、とても不快でした。フロントに相談しようとも考えましたが、当日遅く到着したこともあり、疲れていたため、やむを得ずその部屋で過ごすことにしました。 三日間の滞在中、煙草の臭いは完全に消えることなく、服や荷物、さらには自分の体にも臭いが染みついてしまいました。帰宅後に荷物を整理しているときも、臭いが気になるほどで、この点が旅行全体の満足感を大きく損ねました。 宿泊施設として、禁煙部屋を選択した顧客に対して喫煙部屋を割り当てることは、非常に問題があると感じます。これは顧客の健康や快適さに直接影響を与えるだけでなく、信頼感にも影響します。今後、このようなミスが改善されることを強く望みます。 総じて、古い施設であることを差し引いても、禁煙に関する対応が不十分であったため、次回利用することは難しいかもしれません。他の利用者の方々が同様の経験をしないことを願っています。

Die Lage ist super, sehr nahe der Station Nikko, Zimmer ist angemessen, wenn Sie mit sehr leichten Taschenpack reisen. Hotel hat eine kleine Einrichtung (Badewanne), prüfen Sie mit dem Gegenpersonal auf die Betriebsstunden. Es gibt in der Nähe Supermart (Familienmart ist gerade über der Straße und eine andere in der Spazierweiterung) die es großartig macht, Snacks für die Nacht zu bekommen. Geschäfte/Café schließen relativ früh.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Jr Ima City und Tobu Shimo Ima City. Es ist eine ganze Familie in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Umgebung ist sauber und ordentlich und Yukata wird bereitgestellt. Wenn Nichtraucher auf der Raucheretage wohnen, sind sie den Geruch möglicherweise nicht gewohnt. Zum Glück gibt es eine Belüftungseinrichtung.

離れに宿泊させていただきました。 襖に畳、長い廊下の突き当たりにトイレがある感じが 幼い頃に行ったおばあちゃんの実家を思い出しました。 建物は古いけど、清掃が行き届いている感じですし トイレは個室が2つ、どちらもウォシュレットタイプで綺麗です。 お風呂は貸切で利用でき、とても広いです。 ただ夜22:00までしか利用できないので、朝も入れる様になったらもっと良いなと思いました。 昔ながらの風情ある空間に癒されました。

Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Nikko Stay House Arai, und ich würde es ein perfektes 10/10 schätzen. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, fühlte ich mich zu Hause. Die Unterkünfte waren unglaublich komfortabel und hatten eine warme, heimliche Atmosphäre, die meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm machte. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Design und Dekoration hat es wirklich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause fühlen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit und die Aufbewahrung der Einrichtungen waren top-notch. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung nichts weniger fantastisch. Wenn Sie einen Ort suchen, der sich wie zu Hause fühlt, ist Nikko Stay House Arai die perfekte Wahl. Sehr empfohlen!

This hotel was in a very beautiful, peaceful location. The room was very large with a shower room separate from the toilet. There were a couple of parking spaces, I would recommend driving as the stores are a bit farther away from this hotel
