Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist typisch für das englische Unterhaus. Der Blick ist sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist alles in Ordnung. Besonders der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Fantastische Hotelzimmer waren großartig schön groß. Haben Sie nicht wünscht, eine bessere Lage in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum Zentrum von Stratford auf Avon in der Nähe aller Theater würden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben und haben Freunde und Familie empfohlen

Nice helpful staff. Game room was great but poor quality broken bats and equipment were provided.Hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Really nice for families.Lots of free parking. Great breakfast.

Ich habe einmal zwei Familienzimmer gebucht, aber auf beiden Seiten des neuen Museums und des neuen Museums geplant. Die Innenräume sind groß und komfortabel, aber es gibt keinen Leitungsschrank auf der Seite des Museums, die Treppe des Gepäckkorridors zu nehmen, und es gibt kein Problem auf der Seite des neuen Museums.

Die Lage ist gut wie ein Golfplatz in den Vororten, sehr nahe an der Straße, aber man muss fahren. Der einzige Ort, an dem man sich beschweren kann, ist, dass das Frühstück wirklich schlecht ist und alles andere gut ist

The setting is super for visiting the sights and the hotel is a beautiful historic building. The modern spa was nice to use but we found the room quite basic and could do with a freshen up and very disappointed that there where no hot drink making facilities in the room. We had the breakfast included in our room cost and we were very disappointed in that - everything was swimming in grease and the black pudding and potato rosti were very over cooked so we could not finish our meal. The car park is £7 per nights stay but were were not made aware of this beforehand. We would probably stay again but would upgrade to a room in the old part of the building and won't have the cooked breakfast.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Dieses Hotel ist das kostengünstigste Hotel auf meiner Reise nach England, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten und Kissen sind bequem, gut ausgestattet, kostenlose Parkplätze und das Frühstück ist großartig! Eigentlich sollte es ein altes Herrenhaus sein. Der Garten ist so groß, dass er mich an Downton Manor erinnert. Der kleine Bruder an der Rezeption war super humorvoll und sein Gesichtsausdruck war sehr reichhaltig.
