The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served. Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.

Mit Kindern zum Autofahren und im Hotel auf der mittleren Straße, es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, die Umgebung im Laden ist gut, der Raum ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Familie ist sehr zufrieden

Übernachtung. Nettes Frühstück auf der Website Würden wir von einem schönen Resort wie Atrium mit Pool und Heißrädern und Creme Palmen profitieren könnten.

Sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen. In der Nähe der Wasserfälle-Seilbahn. Weniger als drei Minuten bis zu den Wasserfällen. Der Preis ist erschwinglich und beinhaltet Frühstück. Obwohl das Frühstück durchschnittlich ist, ist es sehr kostengünstig. Das Personal ist höflich und freundlich.

I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

10 Minuten warten, bis das Telefon antworten auf den Flughafen-Shuttle bestellt ( obwohl der Anruf von einem anderen Shuttle-Treiber, so war er hilfreich!) Lange Wartezeit, unmarkiertes Shuttlebus, keine Hilfe bei der Ladetasche. Check in undertaken while receptionist on the phone, did not complete check in, began to assist other guests, asked a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ (wie ich in voller Kenntnis der Vorauszahlung gezahlt hatte, als ich einmal gesagt hatte, es sei eine Steuer: das hätte zu diesem Zeitpunkt leicht erklärt werden können!) Ich musste versuchen, ohne zu schlafen, da sie so schmerzhaft auf meinem Hals und Rücken waren. Zimmer gut, aber wirklich unbehaglich ‘Willkommen’ zum Hotel!

Die Lage ist neben dem Stadthall, um direkt nach dem Seepark und dem Stadthallen zu gehen, der vorübergehende Parkplatz vor dem Hotel hat eine Parkstelle, die übernachtet kann gestartet werden, erst nach 9 Uhr morgens! Die Parkstelle am Straßenrand der Stadt kann die meisten Nächte nicht gestartet werden.

Hotel was good. The gentlemen that greeted us was excellent!! Very knowledgeable about the city and recommended a few places. The sink was clogged in washroom but sent a maintenance person up promptly. The only problem was we found out our door did not lock at all. We didn’t notice until later on our second night. Light bothersome since all our belongings were in there. Told lady when we were checking out and said that was not good but that they were renovating the floor next week.

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich. Sie müssen viel Upgrades in ihren Zimmern vor allem das Waschzimmer machen. Das Bett ist nicht komfortabel. Der Plus-Faktor ist die Lage, die wirklich nahe am Freizeitpark liegt und Sie können zu einigen Attraktionen auf dem Clifton Hill gehen.
