The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served. Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Das Hotel sollte wirklich auf seine Kritiken hören. Die meisten Leute haben es als dreckige, stinkende Kloake abgekanzelt, aber eigentlich ist es ziemlich toll. Sehr schickes Foyer, schöne warme und gemütliche Zimmer und eine tolle Lage. Allerdings ist das Internet außerhalb des Foyers MIES – ich musste mit der Rezeption und einem technischen Supportmitarbeiter sprechen, um zu erklären, dass das Internet im Zimmer schlecht war, und es wurde so dargestellt, als hätte ich Unrecht. Besorgen Sie sich mehr Router, das ist nicht so schwierig. Außerdem MUSS das Frühstück gesunde Optionen BEINHALTEN. Es ist kein einziges Obst oder Gemüse in Sicht. Wenn man die Optionen mit Himbeer- oder Erdbeerjoghurt nicht mitzählt. Ich persönlich finde, das Hotel sollte seine Preisstrategie überdenken. Es ist viel zu erschwinglich; und Frühstück (mit Obst und Gemüse) sollte eine Zusatzverkaufsoption sein. Sie haben die Lage! Sie haben einen tollen Swimmingpool und Whirlpool! Sie haben sogar Toilettenartikel von höchster Qualität! Ich hätte ohne Frühstück den doppelten Preis bezahlt, was die meisten Hotels in der Gegend tun. Entschuldigen Sie meine Schimpftirade, aber ich weiß, dass das Hotel es besser machen sollte und kann.

I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

10 Minuten warten, bis das Telefon antworten auf den Flughafen-Shuttle bestellt ( obwohl der Anruf von einem anderen Shuttle-Treiber, so war er hilfreich!) Lange Wartezeit, unmarkiertes Shuttlebus, keine Hilfe bei der Ladetasche. Check in undertaken while receptionist on the phone, did not complete check in, began to assist other guests, asked a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ (wie ich in voller Kenntnis der Vorauszahlung gezahlt hatte, als ich einmal gesagt hatte, es sei eine Steuer: das hätte zu diesem Zeitpunkt leicht erklärt werden können!) Ich musste versuchen, ohne zu schlafen, da sie so schmerzhaft auf meinem Hals und Rücken waren. Zimmer gut, aber wirklich unbehaglich ‘Willkommen’ zum Hotel!

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, der Service ist auch sehr gut, der kleine Bruder der Rezeption in China ist sehr schlank und sehr geduldig, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Stadthalle, wo immer es bequem ist, einige Internet-Rote Restaurants sind auch einige Minuten zu Fuß, das Frühstück ist nicht Selbsthilfe, aber die Ware ist sehr gut!

Das Hotel war gut. Die Gentlemen, die uns grüßten, war ausgezeichnet!! Sehr wissensvoll über die Stadt und empfahl ein paar Orte. Der Tauch wurde in einem Waschraum verschlossen, aber eine Wartungsperson schickte unverzüglich auf. Das einzige Problem war, dass wir herausgefunden haben, dass unsere Tür überhaupt nicht geschlossen war. Wir haben erst später auf unsere zweite Nacht bemerkt. Licht störend, da all unsere Sachen da waren. Erzählte der Dame, als wir auscheckten und sagte, dass es nicht gut war, aber dass sie nächste Woche den Boden renovieren.

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

Staff are very friendly and kind and helpful. Continental breakfast is good. Location is aboit 15 minutes walk to falls. Overnight parking is 22CAD
