The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I stayed for 3 days/2 nights. The hotel has a very small parking garage. However, there are ample parking garages close by and in walkable distance. The hospitality was good, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I loved the amenities, very nice if you wanted to have a laid back day but not be stuck in your room. The location is not far from food, sports centers, and shopping. The only thing I would say is to bring/buy your own wash cloths. Their dry cleaning service deliveries for bath essentials are sometimes back up and you’ll be waiting for hours until you can shower (in the event that you want new bathing cloths). Also, you are unable to request a microwave for your room. There is a microwave in the lobby. Since the hotel is on the corner of a busy street I do feel that security should be patrolling the doors. My overall stay was a 8.5/10!

Wenn wir kein Trinkgeld gaben, würde er das Gepäck nicht abholen. Ich sagte, dass das Trinkgeld gegeben werden sollte, wenn wir das Gepäck abholen. Er sagte, dass ich frei habe, wenn Sie das Gepäck abholen, also muss ich es jetzt geben, und es ist nicht nötig, Trinkgeld zu geben, wenn Sie es abholen hoch. Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als ihm ein Trinkgeld zu geben, aber als es Zeit war, das Gepäck abzuholen, bat ein anderer Kellner um ein Trinkgeld. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nicht weit von den Bus- und U-Bahnstationen entfernt.

Der Wochenendzimmerpreis liegt bei knapp 3.000. Das Indigo in New York ist eigentlich ein kleines und unauffälliges Hotel, das dem Niveau eines Home Inn in China entspricht. . . Aber im Vergleich zum Sheraton fallen zumindest für die Aufbewahrung von Gepäck und Mineralwasser keine Gebühren an.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Die Lobby ist geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Wartebereich. Der Kundenservice ist nach der Landung schnell und hilfsbereit beim Gepäck. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Es bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist absolut empfehlenswert! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Großartig! Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hudson River gebucht und die Aussicht vom Fenster war fantastisch. Es ist sehr nah am 9/11 Memorial, der Wall Street und U-Bahn-Stationen gelegen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Essensgutschein im Wert von 15 Dollar pro Tag, den man im Burgerrestaurant im Erdgeschoss einlösen kann. Außerdem gibt es schnelles WLAN und einen Gutschein für den Eintritt zu einer zufälligen Attraktion (wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, aber laut anderen Bewertungen soll es sich um ein Technologie-Museum in der Nähe handeln).

Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer hervorragenden Lage, aber der Check-in war ein Albtraum – ich musste über eine Stunde anstehen. Das Aufzugsystem ist eine Katastrophe. Man bekommt zwar einen Aufzug für sein Stockwerk zugewiesen, aber dann wird dieser allen anderen Gästen zugeteilt. Es dauert ewig, bis er kommt, und dann passen nicht alle in den einen Aufzug, und man fängt wieder von vorne an. Man muss schon mal 30 Minuten oder länger auf einen Aufzug warten. Alle beschweren sich über die Aufzüge und sagen, dass es deswegen das schlechteste Hotel ist.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Speiselokale und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer sind klein. Wenn Sie geschäftlich hier sind oder übernachten müssen, ist das in Ordnung. Für Reisende mit Familien und Kindern ist es besser, ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Was das Frühstück betrifft, ist dies ein gesondertes Thema; die Räumlichkeiten, und zwar die Lobby, können nicht alle Gäste unterbringen. Die Leute mussten also warten. Am zweiten Tag gingen uns die Würstchen aus (anscheinend gab es nichts anderes), die Kaffeemaschine ging kaputt und wir hatten keine Einweggabeln mehr. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden wurde nichts entschieden. Das Personal konnte nicht einmal das Problem mit den Gabeln lösen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, aber noch nicht voll belegbar.

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Das Zimmer war groß, die Lage super und nachts war es ruhig. 1. Das Frühstück wird vor Ort für 25 US-Dollar erworben und kann nicht auf das Zimmer gebucht werden. Die Typen sind einfach so und das Frühstück der Ausländer ist ziemlich gleich. 2. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zwischen dem Flughafen LaGuardia und der U-Bahn-Station, was sehr praktisch ist. 3. Es gibt kein kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer, aber der bezahlte Preis ist nicht teuer. 4. WLAN ist kostenlos und es ist kein Passwort erforderlich, was sehr praktisch ist. 5. Es gibt einen Bus vor der Tür. Sie können zur U-Bahn-Station oder nach Flushing fahren.
