Location wise is SUPERB! Just next to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City. Easier for shopping 🛍️ 🤭 During check in, even though we came late around 5pm, we still needed to wait 15 min for the room to be ready. The studio has a washing machine with dryer, fridge and induction cooker. Love the amenities. Room service is great, everyday replace new towels. Breakfast is good too but once too many people maybe a bit crowded. Gym facilities are great as well. Overall, we satisfy to stay here due to the location. Will choose this place next time 😉

Das Zimmer ist zwar geräumig, aber es gibt viele kleine Kakerlaken und die Kanten des Bettes sind verbeult. Etwas komplizierter wird es, wenn man den Raum verlässt und nach unten geht.

Ich war vor kurzem im Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, und ich muss sagen, es war eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung! Von dem Moment, als ich ins Haus ging, fühlte ich mich warm willkommen von der freundlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die den Ton für den Rest meines Aufenthalts gesetzt. Die Lage ist fantastisch! Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Jakarta, nur wenige Entfernungen von einigen der besten Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und kulturellen Attraktionen der Stadt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Dachgarten, in dem ich einige Zeit entspannt und die Stadtblicke genieße. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort, nach einem besuchten Tag der Exploration Jakarta zu entspannen. Ich hatte keine Chance, den Fitnessraum zu nutzen, aber es sah gut ausgestattet aus. Für die Qualität des Services, Komfort und Ausstattung, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta ist außergewöhnlich Wert für Geld. Ich habe mich gelassen, als ob ich mehr für den Preis hatte, als ich erwartet hatte.

Ich habe hier eine Nacht verbracht, nachdem es in einem unserer Airbnbs zu einem großen Chaos gekommen war. Wir hatten das Apartment um 23:30 Uhr gebucht. Als wir eine Stunde später ankamen, war die Rezeption bereits um Mitternacht für uns da. Der Check-in verlief effizient und reibungslos. Das Apartment war sauber und geräumig. Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, wäre es der Ventilator der Klimaanlage. Er war etwas zu laut, da ich einen leichten Schlaf hatte. Das Apartment lag ganz in der Nähe der Halim Station, sodass ich Bandung bequem mit dem Auto erreichen konnte und morgens keine Angst vor Staus hatte.

The good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby. The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides. Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend.

Ein altes, aber sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Es gibt Raucher- und Nichtraucherzimmer. Ein schönes Fitnessstudio und ein sehr angenehmer Pool. Leider ist das Zimmer etwas feucht.

The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

Clean hotel with working ac in all rooms. Booked 2 apartments adjoining. They have washing machine, TVs, fridge, big water cooler, kitchenette in the middle with table for 4, . Beds are a bit hard. Very disappointed to have been woken up in the first night 4-6am with 3 mosques blaring chants which weren't synced. It went on constantly for 2 hours. There's a lot of noise from the both the local & toll flyover too. Despite requesting a quiet room, was placed at the back (overlooking the swimming pool on floor 17) which I do not recommend for light sleepers. The balcony doors / windows are not soundproof. Ensure you take ear plugs as you'll need them!

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Grand Orchardz Hotel sehr zufrieden. Es ist fantastisch, dass ich zu diesem Preis in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel inklusive Frühstück übernachten kann. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schallisoliert, sodass es ruhig war. Es war auch gut, um ein Taxi zu rufen und sich fortzubewegen. Das Frühstück war köstlich und das Personal freundlich. Ich hoffe, dieses Hotel wird weiterhin erfolgreich sein, und ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Jakarta ohne zu zögern wieder hier übernachten.

Nice hotel with lovely kind people, hotel is a bit hidden and have to pay 5000 idr to always come inside with a car/taxi, very friendly staff always smiles. No fridge inside the room which was a let down, the sink was also so small and the water would take time to go down, 7/10
