Dies ist ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in Medan, in dem ich bereits viele Male übernachtet habe. Der Gesamteindruck ist passabel. Früher waren die Einrichtungen zwar etwas veraltet, aber ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Insgesamt war es in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer werden renoviert. Einige haben Fenster, andere nicht. Zustand der renovierten Zimmer, insbesondere der Toilette. Ziemlich schrecklich. Die Bilder im Internet lassen das Zimmer zwar etwas schöner aussehen, aber in Wirklichkeit sind die Zimmer gar nicht so schlecht. Die Lobby ist wunderschön, aber aufgrund der Glasscheiben eher dunkel und heiß. Die Lage ist mit der Food Street dahinter gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr beschäftigt.

Es ist ein anständiger Ort mit komfortablen Betten und Kühlluftkonditionierung. Aber das Problem ist, dass der Blower nicht richtig montiert wurde und schüttelt wie eine Zuckerrohrsaftmaschine. Außer, dass kein Problem mit dem Zimmer. Es gibt einen willkommenen Getränk, um zu behaupten, dass Sie in eine Lounge im zweiten Stock gehen sollten. Wenn Sie dorthin kommen, präsentieren sie Ihnen ein Menü und bitten Sie, einen Drink auszuwählen, erst nachdem Sie das Getränk aus ihrem Menü bestellen, bringen sie tatsächlich das willkommene Getränk, indem sie Ihnen sagen, dass das Getränk, das Sie bestellt haben, auch auf dem Weg ist. Ich glaube ehrlich, es ist ein Gimmick oder ein Betrug. Sehr enttäuscht.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

Es gibt viele köstliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Dies ist mein erstes Mal in Medan. Dieses Hotel liegt direkt neben der Polizeistation und ist sehr sicher. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hotels die Ausstellungshalle für Ausstellungen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, zu bleiben, und insgesamt hat es einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. 🛏️ Zimmerkomfort & Reinigung • Das Zimmer war komfortabel, bietet Ihnen viel Raum, um sich zu entspannen und sich bequem umzuziehen. • Es war unverändert sauber, mit frischen Linen, unspottenden Boden und gut gepflegten Möbeln. 🌅 Scenic Views • Die Aussichten aus dem Zimmer waren erstaunlichOb es Stadtlicht in der Nacht oder ein schwebendes Horizont während des Tages war, die Landschaft war wirklich behaglich.

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. Very nice & affordable hotel. A bit far from center. However, recommended nearby cafe ‘habitat coffee’. Quite a number of eateries nearby.

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

We stayed for 3 days 2 nites at 2 (side-by-side) superior bungalows. All bungalows have their own balconies & 2 rattan chairs + small coffee table. Perfect place to enjoy majestic view of the lake toba with your tea/coffee/snack. All rooms have fantastic lake view. It was a very relaxing stay,you can swim in the lake or dip in the swimming pool. They served good food. My kids loved the pizza. The lady boss prepared the pizza from scratch ⭐❤️ and it tasted way better than pizza hut or domino's...We ordered thrice 👍 Clean rooms, with hot shower & modern toilets. We had great sleep with comfy beds & pillows. The staff were very helpful too. Highly recommended! Thanks Tuk Tuk Bungalows 🌹👍
