Beach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr hervorragenden Lage. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr gut und war A1 beim Einchecken. Das Zimmer war leicht enttäuscht, die war eine Flasche Wasser, die getrunken war und nicht genommen wurde. Der vorherige Gast hinterließ Dinge im Kühlschrank und Haushalter konnte sie nicht entfernen. Sie waren sehr schnell, um mich für das Wasser zu belasten und etwas anderes, was ich ihnen fest gesagt habe, habe ich nichts. So entfernen sie die Gebühren. Sie empfehlen den Gästen, die Besuch ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 2000 Reisen, aber ich bin sicher, sie meinte 200. Wie alle Gelder, die Hotels nehmen jetzt Gebühr für die Gäste, die Besuch. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Die Frühstücksetage liegt zur Küste hin. Beim Frühstück kann man die Meereslandschaft genießen. Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis! Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das Meer und der Sport-Greenway. Die Lage ist definitiv auf Deckenniveau!

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

The hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.

Ich glaube, das ist kein Kritikpunkt, sondern eher eine Ergänzung zum Hotel, sie müssen ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück anbieten, es müsste bessere Kuchen geben, es müsste einen Konditor im Hotel geben oder eine gute Bäckerei oder einen Markt, der ein… Verschiedene Kuchensorten im Hotel. Hotel. Die Zimmer, in denen wir übernachteten, rochen nicht nach Schimmel, wie es in den Bewertungen hieß, und das gesamte Gebäude wurde gerade renoviert. Ich glaube also, dass sie dieses Problem bereits gelöst haben. Die Mädchen an der Rezeption waren sehr höflich, aber das Einchecken dauerte lange Ich habe dafür etwa 40 Minuten gebraucht. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Anlage lag, die die Verzögerung verursacht hat, der Empfang ist gemütlich, eher als konstruktive Kritik, es gab nur Süßstoff und keinen Zucker für den Kaffee und den Fernseher hätte eingeschaltet sein können, um die Wartezeit für den Check-in zu verkürzen. Kurz gesagt, das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und für den Preis und den angebotenen Service würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
