Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Stadt Penha-SC mit hervorragender Lage. Es hat das beste Frühstück der Stadt ! Die Rezeption ist sehr achtensvoll ! Das Zimmer ist schön und sehr komfortabel!

O Hotel é lindo e tudo perfeito, atendimento, o quarto e o café da manhã. O local que não é o melhor para meus objetivos na cidade, mais isso é uma questão bem pessoal. Nenhuma reclamação do hotel em si. Maravilhoso.

It's a business hotel, nothing out of extraordinary, everything in the room works and it's well maintained.

El personal que nos atendió todos muy amables, el hotel está en buen estado, habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias, el café de mañana excelente, muy rico y , contundente y con buena variedad, el barrio donde está ubicado el hotel es muy tranquilo y limpio! Agradecida !

Foram dias maravilhosos! as crianças amaram ficaram tristes na hora de vir embora, ambiente super acolhedor! O barzinho ao lado é show! E o som (músicas agradáveis) vai até umas 22h/ 23h . Pedimos porções e almoço tudo muito bem servido !
Tem restaurante na frente, fecha tarde, uma maravilha! Voltaremos com toda certeza!
A cesta de café da manhã é um espetáculo ! A praia da frente não é própria para banho , porém há uns 50 metros já da pra entrar , mar calmo, pudemos andar de stand up paddle e caiaque pela primeira vez foi muito legal! Eu recomendo essa pousada e voltarei mais vezes se Deus quiser!

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

GGastnutzerAccessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe.
The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

GGastnutzerEiner unserer Lieblingsorte aller Zeiten. Das Hotel wird so gut geführt und ist so sauber, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihr Bestes geben, um den Komfort ihrer Gäste zu gewährleisten. Wir fühlen uns wie Könige im Majesty Hotel in Florianopolis... so viel ist praktisch, vom Restaurant mit außergewöhnlichem Essen im Hotel über andere rund um den Block bis hin zum riesigen Einkaufszentrum und allen Veranstaltungen von Florianopolis... das ist wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in New York City auf Steroiden, größer, besser, sauberer, schöner ... es ist fantastisch und der Ort, an dem man sein kann ... wir kehren oft zur Majestät zurück, so wie es in unseren Herzen ist ... VIVA Majestät! !

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

GGastnutzerI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
