Das Hotel ist gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, das Personal der Rezeption kann Englisch kommunizieren. Die Schwäche ist ein bisschen scharf, der Lärm des Autos auf der Straße ist höher.

O atendimento foi incrível, tanto pelo WhatsApp quanto no momento do check-in. A estrutura também nos surpreendeu positivamente — o hotel conta com estacionamento coberto para motos, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem.
O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de comidas e bebidas.
Super recomendo a hospedagem no Tri Hotel Criciúma! 🏍️✨

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Die Frühstücksetage liegt zur Küste hin. Beim Frühstück kann man die Meereslandschaft genießen. Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis!
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das Meer und der Sport-Greenway. Die Lage ist definitiv auf Deckenniveau!

NNiefaBeach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

GGastnutzerGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGastnutzerI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

Ich habe dort 3 verschiedene Zeiten geblieben und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist ziemlich Standard und die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Betten waren komfortabel und das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren gut. Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, es ist komfortabel und komfortabel. Wünschen alle Zimmerkategorien würden Kleider und Slips verfügbar.
