Nice hotel. Service good, free sweets on counter even better. Standard double comfortable. Great shower. Slight negative…breakfast at £18 is a bit pricey. However, breakfast areas kept pristine.

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

Im Barton Manor Hotel und Spa mit meiner Tochter....wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit....von der Ankunft zum Verlassen des Personals kann nicht genug für Sie tun...das Frühstück ist wirklich nett...wir haben nicht im Restaurant für Abendessen gebucht, aber ich wurde von anderen Gästen erzählt ...dass das Restaurantsgericht lecker war. Wir werden sicherlich zurückgehen .

Das ist unser drittes Aufenthalt im Best Western Garstang. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick. Wie üblich haben wir ein ruhiges, warmes und gemütliches Zimmer. Eine komfortable Nacht wieder.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean.

Stayed one night for business. The room was an adapted room so plenty of space. The bed and pillows however I found to be very uncomfortable, one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a long time Reception/bar staff are very helpful, cleanliness is on point all throughout the hotel

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

Gute Einrichtungen wie Pools und Sauna wie immer, aber seltene Wahlen zum Frühstücksbuffet, 4 Nächte bleiben, aber am ersten Tag bis zum dritten Tag um Rezeption zu bitten, um das Zimmer zu versorgen
