My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu was fantastic! The staff generously upgraded my accommodation to a lake view room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a beautiful view—highly recommended!

The lobby was elegant and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. I especially loved the stunning view from my window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, all freshly prepared. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Every detail was carefully considered, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was stunning, rated 5/5, providing breathtaking views. Cleanliness was commendable, earning a 4/5, and the service was friendly and helpful, also rated 4/5. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everything else is nice except the smell of smoke. Even though there was a No Smoking sign at the elevators, there were still people smoking there. My room faced the corridor with elevators, and the smell just came in from under the door. I tried to use a towel to block the gap, but it was no use. I confronted two men smoking there, and they said I was exaggerating. I ended up switching to a different room. You know what, you can tell someone smoked in the room before. This was the only issue yet truly disappointing. When you travel with family, the cleanliness of air matters. That’s why I gave three stars to the cleanliness. Staff was trying to help but they don't want to enforce the No Smoking rule.

Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Hefei kam, entschied ich mich für Grand Hyatt! Ich habe schon oft im Grand Hyatt übernachtet, aber im Grand Hyatt in Hefei hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sowohl der Service als auch die Zimmer wirklich großartig sind! Vor dem Check-in rief Grand Hyatt-Managerin Heidi an und fragte, ob Bedarf bestehe. Beim Einchecken. Sie haben die Initiative ergriffen, um auf meine Bedürfnisse einzugehen, haben für mich ein Zimmer im 54. Stock (maximal 55) eingerichtet und mir ein Upgrade in eine bessere Ecksuite vorgenommen! Zur Aussicht gibt es nichts zu sagen. Auch die Steppdecke ist sehr bequem und entspricht dem Niveau von Grand Hyatt! Als ich eincheckte, ergriff ich auch die Initiative, über WeChat zu fragen, ob ich noch weitere Wünsche hätte, und stellte mir Obst nach meinen Wünschen zusammen! Es ist wirklich super! Vielen Dank, Heidi, dass du mir eine sehr schöne Reise ins Grand Hyatt beschert hast! Ich hoffe auch, dass Grand Hyatt in anderen Städten Ihre Leistungen vergleichen kann! Danke☺️

Der Service ist sehr gut, das Zimmer wurde kostenlos upgegradet, das Zimmer ist groß und ruhig. Der Hotelpool ist großartig, mit einem Whirlpool in der Umkleidekabine. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Tunxi Old Street, aber dennoch ruhig und direkt gegenüber der Liyang Old Street über die Brücke. Ich habe hier vor dem Aufstieg und nach dem Abstieg übernachtet. Die Einrichtung ist im Vergleich zu anderen berühmten Hotels einzigartig, und es gibt Erfrischungen und ein erfrischendes Frühstück. Der Besitzer und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und empfingen mich bei meiner Ankunft an der Kreuzung und brachten mich nach meiner Abreise wieder zurück. Ich hatte wenig Zeit und schaffte es nur, den Huangshan zu besteigen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal das alte Dorf besuche, werde ich definitiv wieder in der Old Street übernachten.
