Einfacher Zugang direkt von der interstate und viele Verkehrsstrecken, um die Tonnen von Fahrzeugen durch zu behandeln. Das Foyer riecht immer frisch und sauber - ich liebe es. Meine Linen waren super scharf und sauber und das Zimmer war in hervorragender Reparatur. Das Badezimmer war großartig und sauber!

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. Das Hotel ist ein typisches Flughafenhotel, hatte einen sehr hilfsbereiten Shuttleführer (Ray) und die anderen Mitarbeiter interagierten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.  Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, im Gegensatz zu einem Einkaufszentrum und verfügt über eine kleine Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels.  Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles nötig. Das Badezimmer hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und gab schöne Toiletten.  Dies war ein Nachtaufenthalt, bevor ich nach Hause fliege, von O'Hare und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse. 

We are still very happy with this hotel. However, the front desk staff named Silly was very unfriendly. Would not go to this hotel again.

Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

Ammamenities like towels and sheets, etc were poor quality. Service at desk poor, confusing and hard to understand. Not very friendly. Breakfast bar food quality low and not hot

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

Sehr bequem Ort neben O'hare mit dem komplimentären Shuttle alle 15 Minuten laufen. Spaß Platz zum Essen im ersten Stock auch. Es wäre sogar besser, wenn sie freies Wasser in jedem Zimmer.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Süden des Campus, 30 Minuten lang auf der sechsten oder vierten Straße zu Fuß können Sie die Green Street erreichen. Sie können die Baugräser und verschiedene Sportplätze auf der ganzen Straße beobachten. Die Temperatur dieses Zeitraums ist wunderschön und die Landschaft ist wie malerisch. Wenn Sie Auto fahren oder Busfahrten wollen, ist es auch sehr bequem, das Hotel kann kostenlos parken, Der Parkplatz im Campus verwendet im Allgemeinen eine Uhr, aber wenn man in der Regel zum Abendessen austritt, muss man nach sechs Uhr keine Parkgebühr zahlen. Der Bus kann mit einem Dollar Papiergeld fahren, die Station ist am Hoteltor. Der Hotelservice ist enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie den Austritt abbrechen, nehmen Sie die Bahn auf dem Goldplatz. Die Reinigung ist jeden Tag sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind neu. Die Waschbecken sind außer ohne Schleifen und Zahnfäden, andere gibt es. Das kostenlose europäische Frühstück ist auch gut, es gibt nicht viele Arten, aber die Ernährung ist umfassend, hier lebt sieben Nächte, ist in einer Temperaturabstand mit Familien und genießt ein komfortables kleines Leben in der Stadt, eine sehr gute Zeit. Zudem sind die Chinesen und asiatischen Restaurants von Champagner wirklich zu reich. Es kann nicht schwer sein, jeden Tag zu essen. Sie können sicherstellen, dass die Kinder hier gut essen. Jedes Essen enthält Steuern und Kleingelder pro Person nicht mehr als $20, in der Tat sind 14 Dollar pro Person gut zu essen.
