they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

Its not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !

The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. Als wir ankamen, gab es ausreichend Parkplätze, wenn man bedenkt, dass Wochenende und Feiertag sind. Auch die Check-in-Zeit ist erträglich. Ja, es gab eine lange Schlange, aber es gibt ungefähr vier Schalter für den Check-in und einen separaten Kassenschalter. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig; wir bekamen die Familiensuite mit einem Schlafzimmer und sie hat zwei Queensize-Tagesbetten ohne Kissen und Decken, zwei Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer, eine kleine Küche mit Spüle und nicht funktionierender Herdplatte und einen mittelgroßen Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch eine Sala und einen Essbereich. Alles musste unterbrochen werden, weil es nass wurde, sogar das Grillgut. Der Pool war riesig! Obwohl auch andere Leute schwammen, fühlte es sich nicht überfüllt an. Der Strand ist sauber und klar, aber am Ufer liegen viele Steine ​​und Muscheln, sodass es wehtut, wenn man darüberläuft. Insgesamt ist es gut für einen Kurzurlaub.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Nachteile sind, dass das Hotel zwei Jahrzehnte alt ist und einige seiner Komponenten zerstören. Vielleicht werden die Renovierungen das herrliche Fassade des Hotels wiederherstellen und machen es wie gewohnt. Überall schätzen wir das Personal, und der Zimmerpreis war es sehr vernünftig für eine Suite. 💖

First time to visit a resort and beach in Batangas, and I must say that Altamare exceeded my expectations. I love the activities you can do, though it is limited, but still worth it. The vibe of being so peaceful and calm, since it is away from the noise, is the best thing of this resort. The services and foods are very good. You just need to be prepared of the stairs, it is very challenging! Overall it was really really good experience.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.
