To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience. We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel. Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful. Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional. Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins! This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.

The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings. There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest. Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting. It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels. The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well. There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

Got the poorest service ever. Having confirmed the bookings for 5 rooms and and arriving late only to be told I hadn't paid for all the rooms. Breakfast available for only few guests so one has wake very early to get breakfast. Very poor choice. There's actually nothing good to say about the service in this hotel. 2 out of 5.

Первый раз в Танзании и Африке, поэтому долго выбирал отели. Остановился на 2 ночи без завтрака. Номер большой, территория прикольная, рядом в 5 минутах обменник, мини набережная с рестиками, турецкая, тайская и др кухни. Мне все понравилось. Сравнивать есть с чем, в Китае за эти деньги круче отели, но это Африка и для Дар это отлично

I checked in very late, but the hotel staff offered me a late checkout. The hotel breakfast was also excellent.

Das Hotel ist nur ok, die Wunden können nicht geöffnet werden, was das Zimmer ein wenig dumpig/feuchtig stinkt, keine natürliche Luft in Suppressiv, NO BREAKFAST GIVE 🙄🙄🙄! Wie ist das Hotel nicht bieten Bienenfresser? Im Allgemeinen müssen sie die Dienstleistungen verbessern.

Sehr solides, gut eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch für den Preis - aber es ist besser als andere Hotels in Dar es Salaam

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Schlafzimmer und Küche gebucht. Es stehen Ein-Zimmer-Zimmer mit oder ohne Küche zur Verfügung. Da bei dem Zimmer mit Küche kein Frühstück inbegriffen war, weiß ich nichts über das Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist recht groß. Die Hotelzimmer befinden sich in der 9. bis 12. Etage des Gebäudes. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein chinesisches Restaurant und eine Spielhölle, die anderen Stockwerke sollen Bürogebäude werden.
