I booked 3 rooms and happy that two of them are connecting rooms. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staffs and the facilities provided. Swimming pool could be better if there's not that much of dirt seen at the bottom.

Very good facilities, swimming pool until 10pm. Direct access to beach. Good view straight to East so can see sunrise. Sgi good service even raya they serve us nicely. However, night time vibe changes alot. Some weird thing happend. Baby cry very loud and my niece even stand in front of the window. So need to take note if you are sensitive towards those thing need to consider. But will thinking of repeat again.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich die Aussicht – Meer- und Poolblick, einfach traumhaft. Eine Nacht war definitiv zu kurz. Man muss nur das Fenster öffnen und spürt die Meeresbrise; so ruhig und schön. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich, nichts Besonderes. Wenn Sie nicht aus der Gegend kommen, empfehle ich Ihnen, in Kuantan frühstücken zu gehen. Es gibt dort eine große Auswahl an tollen Restaurants. Zum Abendessen liegt das Ana Ikan Bakar Petai direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Es ist das bekannteste Restaurant in Tanjung Lumpur und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Kurzurlaub.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the AC Marriott Hotel. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast spread was quite simple, but it was sufficient and satisfying. The staff were highly professional and showed excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

The breakfast service needs improvement; preparation was quite slow, and the selection was limited. Additionally, the room & corridor areas feels dated due to the old carpeting. Replacing it with tiling would be a much cleaner and more modern choice....

The 3-bedroom apartment looks amazing, and the balcony is very spacious, giving us a beautiful panoramic view from the 27th floor. Every room has a decent-sized TV, and the internet was fast and stable throughout our stay. At first impression, the place feels luxurious and perfect for a holiday stay. However, once we settled in, unfortunately we ran into quite a number of issues. We arrived at around 4am, and the apartment was completely dark with no light switches working. We contacted them through WhatsApp, but there was no concierge available as they only operate from 10am onwards. We had to troubleshoot the circuit breaker ourselves. After checking, we found the issue was coming from the master bedroom, where switching on that breaker would trip the main power. This was later fixed, but the bedside table 3-pin socket in the master bedroom still could not be used. The air conditioning in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms would keep shutting down during the night, leaving us sweating while sleeping. The timer light kept blinking, which according to online guides indicates an error code. Staff came twice to reset the aircon, but the problem continued. We were lucky there were windows, so we ended up sleeping with them open and setting the aircon to 25°C, otherwise it would shut down again. We also found several broken items in the apartment. The refrigerator vegetable drawer glass was shattered, although it had been cleaned up, and some of the blinds were broken as well. The water pressure was very weak, and the water heater tank for a 3-bedroom apartment felt seriously undersized. It might be acceptable for a 1-bedroom unit, but definitely not enough for 3 bedrooms. The jacuzzi itself was amazing, but it took forever to fill and heat up. We were told to turn the tap to hot water, but most of the time it was only warm and then turned cold, with extremely low water pressure. It took not 1–2 hours, but several hours just to fill. I strongly recommend that the first thing you do after checking in is to start filling the jacuzzi. I was also misled by some reviews mentioning a water filter for drinking water, but apparently that is only available in the 1-bedroom apartment, not the 3-bedroom unit. The facilities overall were also not as impressive as TikTok made them look. That said, I must give praise to their WhatsApp customer service. They do respond and follow up, which is much better than some other Genting hotel apartments I have stayed at before. Overall, the apartment has great potential because the unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but the maintenance and basic functionality need much better attention.

I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat.
