The environment is pleasant, and the location is convenient as it is situated in front of a mall. The room is also spacious. However, the housekeeping aspect is somewhat unsatisfactory. Although housekeeping is provided daily, the cleaning appears to be minimal. The floor is neither swept nor vacuumed, resulting in dust accumulation. In addition, the management should pay closer attention to the condition of the rooms. In my case, the bathroom door hinge was almost detached, which could pose a safety risk to guests. I hope these matters can be improved in the future.

Good thing about this apartment is, air cond is good, and it’s relatively clean.  I will write what I see,  the bedsheets and quilt cover is full of stains,  it’s really time to change new sets.  There is no separate air cond split unit inside small room with single bed.  The under sink pipe in dining area came off during our stay, good thing is management sent repairman within 30minutes.  Quite a number of eateries near the apartment, this is a plus point.  Beach access was good.

Ich war kürzlich in diesem Hotel und war sehr beeindruckt von dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit einem Studio-Stil, mit einem Schlafbereich, Wohnraum, kleine Küche und einem Badezimmer. Die Innenräume sind fast vollständig es kommt mit einem Mini-Kühlschrank und anderen wesentlichen, so dass es für kurze und längere Aufenthalte komfortabel ist. Ich reservierte ein Meerblickraum und die Aussicht war absolut erstaunlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem, nur eine 3-5 Minute Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum Kuantan, wenn es keinen Verkehr gibt. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen eine gute Unterkunft, die Sie in der Nähe des Hotels erreichen können. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und schmeckte sehr gut. Die einzigen Nebenwirkungen waren, dass die Eincheckung wegen einer langen Warteschlange ein wenig länger dauerte und das Parken war ein wenig schwierig, da es sehr viel, wahrscheinlich wegen des Wochenendes. Darüber hinaus gab es nicht viel zu beschweren. Das Hotel bietet insgesamt Komfort, komplette Einrichtungen und eine strategische Lage. Dieses wird sicherlich eines meiner Lieblings-Reisen, wenn ich in Kuantan bin.

It is the kind of hotel that feels practical for both business and leisure travellers. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby food outlets, shops, and key areas around Kuantan. This made moving around much easier and helped make the short stay more enjoyable. The room was one of the highlights of the stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well arranged. The bed was cosy and provided a good night’s rest. The pillows and bedding were soft, fresh, and suitable for a relaxing overnight stay. The room design was simple but functional, with enough space to move around comfortably. Everything felt neat and properly prepared before arrival, which showed that the housekeeping team had done a good job. The bathroom was also clean and practical. The water pressure was good, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is always one of the most important factors in any hotel stay, and AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan managed to meet expectations well. There were no major issues, and the room felt properly maintained throughout the stay. Another positive point was the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided a good environment to rest after a busy day. Whether for a short business trip, weekend getaway, or family overnight stay, the hotel offers the right balance of comfort and convenience. It does not feel overly complicated, which is a strength. Everything is straightforward, clean, and reliable. The staff also deserve recognition. They were polite, responsive, and ready to assist when needed. Good service does not always need to be dramatic; sometimes, simple efficiency and professionalism are enough to create a strong impression. The team at the hotel managed to deliver that well. Overall, my stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan was a good one. The hotel offered a clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. It is a hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in Kuantan. For travellers who value cleanliness, comfort, and practical convenience, this hotel is definitely a solid choice. It was a happy and comfortable overnight stay, and I would not hesitate to return again in the future.

Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a ”tall” order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street.

Das ist unser erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ich durfte sagen, es war eines der besten 5-star Hotels, die ich in gewesen bin. Wird sicher, sicher wieder kommen. Alles und jeder war wunderbar. Das Zimmer war so schüchtern sauber und keine Spitze von Staub überall. Das Design des Badezimmers war der Top-Notch ich liebe jede Zoll davon. Und das Zimmer hatte Teppichboden, was es einfacher und weniger schmerzhaft für mein Baby, um zu klettern. Die Aussicht war zu sterben. Sehr verschlossen und privat und ruhig. Ok, jetzt das Frühstück, die Kopfe aus dem Koch, die Lebensmittel waren erstaunlich. Ich denke, dieses Hotel ist schon eine ganze Zeit hier, aber sie hatten es geschafft, zu erhalten und es wie eine neue Marke zu sehen. Zwei Dinge, die ich ein wenig vorschlagen möchte, vielleicht kann eine Gebetsmatte für die Muslime oder der Front Desk vielleicht zuerst fragen, ob wir irgendwelche Gebetsmatten brauchen, die wäre schön gewesen. Eine andere Sache, während des Frühstücks, kann sicherstellen, dass die Werkzeuge leichter zugänglich sind, als auf Anfrage, weil jede Tabelle mit einer begrenzten Anzahl von Lippen und Forschen bereitgestellt wurde. Aber ja, aber das ist alles, alles war perfekt von Anfang bis Ende. Dank Mark auch, weil er eine wunderbare Arbeit gemacht hat, um uns in unserem Zimmer und alles zu helfen. Kudos an alle Mitarbeiter hier, sie waren so nett und hilfreich. Oh ja, fast vergessen die weltbewohnenden Getränke, sie waren absolut perfekt dankbar. Wir werden immer wieder kommen. Bestes Hotel hier.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr strategische.. der Strand ist hinter dem Hotel und nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß ...wird wiederholen ...Hoffentlich kann die Hotelverwaltung die Sauberkeit im Zimmer verbessern.. erhielt Staub im Kabinett Est.

The room was reasonably clean but could be improved, especially in certain areas that felt a bit overlooked. Excellent location—very convenient and close to key attractions and facilities around Kuantan. Staff were friendly and helpful overall, providing a good level of service during the stay. Facilities were quite limited and did not fully meet expectations. Some amenities need upgrading or better maintenance.

Overall a very comfortable stay at B-09-06. Unit is right in the cloud. Weather is cooling. Air is fresh. Perfect for a getaway from city life. Unit comes with microwave, plates, cups, electric kettle and stove. You can have your own meals with ease. There is a sky avenue link to Genting resort. Antara Genting Mall is just right at ground floor, easy access to eateries. Car park at lower floors below Antara Genting Mall. Key collection is easy and just right at ground floor entrance to block B lift lobby. Checking out is also simply walking out and returning key to COBNB counter at ground level outside of block B lift lobby.

The place is great and calm. Got variety of food for the breakfast buffet and is delicious. The location is very strategic for tourists. Can be repeated again and love it. Overall is satisfying!
