The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike. The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order. The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate. Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water. I would stay here again..

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!

Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful. Areas for improvement: Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals. Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Palette Hotel! Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr willkommen, freundlich und aufmerksam, so dass ich mich während meiner Besuch wohlfühlte. Das Zimmer war spotless, gut gepflegt und hatte alle wesentlichen Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Ich schätze insbesondere die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Reinigung und dem Komfort. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem, nahe den wichtigsten Orten in der Gegend, aber noch ruhig genug für einen guten Nachtruhe. Der Service war konsequent ausgezeichnet von schnellen Antworten auf die Anfragen an die warmen Lächeln, die die Erfahrung noch angenehmer machten. Das Palette Hotel überwiegt meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es sehr jedem, einen sauberen, komfortablen und gastfreundlichen Aufenthaltsort zu suchen. Ich werde definitiv auf meiner nächsten Reise zurückkommen!

Wir lieben die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer! Wir buchten das Zimmer für 3 Pax, so bekam man einen Königsbeg und einen Extrabeutel. Wir waren überrascht, dass es überhaupt nicht schütteln. In der Tat ist das Zimmer so geräumig, bis das Waschzimmer mit Toilettenschrank, Dusche und Badewanne getrennt ist, was ich wirklich das trocken-wette getrennte Konzept schätze. Auch gibt es kleine Wohnzimmer, das ich fühlte, als im Studio zu bleiben!

Die Umgebung ist insgesamt ruhig und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Mimosa Plus Golfplatzes macht es zu einer hervorragenden Wahl für Familienausflüge. 😊

We had a great time looking for the elevator to go up on the rooftop once we got up there was well worth the search so much going on up there and front desk was very helpful and the room was spotless !

Das Hotel ist nett, sauber, die Umgebung ist sehr entspannend, aber was ich nicht verstehe ist, dass ich das Zimmer für 5 Erwachsene reservierte, aber wenn ich die 5e Person gebeten habe, muss ich einen Addtl 240.00 für die Firma zahlen
