Ausgezeichnetes Personal. Ein Mädchen mit einem russisch klingenden Namen, Nadia, bot mir beim Einchecken Kaffee an. Sehr freundliches Personal. Trockene und zusätzliche feuchte Tücher wurden auf Anfrage gebracht. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Straße; ich bat um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite, und es war recht ruhig. Hätte ich von Anfang an gewusst, dass ich in wenigen Stunden alles in der Stadt sehen kann, wäre ich hier geblieben, anstatt ein anderes Hotel im Zentrum zu mieten.

Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel. Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.
