Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot eine schöne Aussicht, die Ausstattung ließ jedoch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Heute Morgen platzte von selbst ein Wasserrohr und verwandelte das Badezimmer in ein Schwimmbecken.

A great place to stay with complimentary breakfast and access to a swimming pool. The price is affordable and suitable for a group of four. The hotel is conveniently located near SM Laoag and other establishments. However, the linens and blankets are quite thin and appear worn out. Free Wi-Fi is available, but the internet connection is slow.

Das Zimmer, das wir Luft geblieben haben, war nicht wirklich funktioniert. Antenne im Badezimmer und das Eigentum ist ein Resort für das Schwimmen für die Öffentlichkeit. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber kleine Antenne im Badezimmer. Ein komfortables Bett und das kostenlose Frühstück sehr grundlegende eine Tasse Reis, ein Ei und eine Auswahl an Fleisch oder Fisch. Es ist an der Autobahn leicht zu finden. Arbeiter sind freundlich.

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean.
We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms.
As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards).
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport.
We will surely come back!

Die Hygiene ist gut, der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr geduldig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch köstlich. Abends können Sie auf dem Balkon etwas trinken und mit Freunden plaudern, während Sie der Musik im Restaurant lauschen und die Rasenlaternen betrachten.

Family of three, we enjoyed our stay there for one night. The meals are so heavy that we could't finish it. Foods are so nice and staffs were friendly. Definitely will come back in the future.

GGastnutzerGood -Met owners of BnB, Ice cream, bar and dining available on site (Italian / local food), good breakfast included. Air-conditioned room, phone and satellite tv (requires load by site). On site generator to support power blackouts. Nice garden like feel, gated and fenced. On site parking (minimal). Christmas lights set up for the season. New three-story expansion currently being built (but no impact to stay). Stocked in room mini bar. Shower water flow good. Nice on site pool (3-4 ft deep). Nice ocean views, Koi pond and sitting areas. Dogs and cats (3 ea) live on site.
Bad -Food order ~3 hr in advance, prices are a bit higher than normal, breakfast night before. Some items on menu not available. Room is very small mostly bed and small area to walk around. Bathroom local size challenge for larger people (toilet to wall space). Plumbing not support flushing of TP, place in holding bin. Shower heater wall switch should be labeled. Switch is in same stack of switches as bath lights. Refrigerator and mini bar stocked. (bug spray recommended for foreigners as mosquitoes can get in the room). Located on main roadway. A short drive to other things in the area. No beach (small gravel area), surf can be strong at back of property. Kayaks appeared usable but life jackets were questionable (suggest replacing) unless experienced seemed more like yard art. Amenity kit provided (bar soap was crumbled and could not be used, shampoo was barely enough for one shower (suggest abandon and provide home made or none at all).
Ugly -Local purified drinking water provided in plastic pitcher (not enough for two people per/day and no way to know where from), can ask for more but not convenient. Spouse incurred sickness from bad (other) water during stay.

Und im Zimmer wollen sie es nicht, selbst wenn die Vorhänge schmutzig sind
Ersetzen. Auch die Klimaanlage ist immer wieder schmutzig und schwach
viel rüstig für den Stoff, flaumig, im Zimmer, Geruch
Pang masa, Flaum tut der Nase weh.
Dies ist mein 6. Urlaub hier, ich empfehle Villen
nlng, wenn mit der Familie oder Kleinkindern.

It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin!
Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin.
Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️
Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

TTing Anny TANGWe booked last minute because the ratings looked good, but the private room with private bathroom was nothing like what was advertised. It was supposed to be around 15m² with a window — the first room we got was clearly under 10m², no window, very dim, with a tiny, humid bathroom. We asked to change, and the second room was even smaller, but at least had a window.
Almost nothing is included: no hanger, no basic toiletries. Toilet paper and soap are sold separately…
It’s also extremely noisy. There is ZERO soundproofing — motorcycles, barking dogs, roosters, loud guests… On weekends it feels like a noisy teenagers’ camp, with no respect for those trying to sleep.
On the positive side, the air conditioning works well, bed is confortable and the location is close to the beach.
Overall, very poor value for money and misleading room descriptions. Would not stay again unless major improvements are made.

BbishwaeyoIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Monarch Hotel zu bleiben, und ich muss sagen, es übersteigt meine Erwartungen auf jeden Fall!
Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Ich fühlte mich sofort nach Hause, als ich ging.
Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine wunderbare Überraschung - die Auswahl war beeindruckend und das Essen war lecker.
Aber was wirklich machte meinen Aufenthalt stand aus, war der außergewöhnliche Service von der Mitarbeiter. Sie waren freundlich, unterkünftig und gingen oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt genießbar war.
Insgesamt empfehle ich das Monarch Hotel jedem, der einen komfortablen, bequemen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht. Ich werde sicher zurück sein!
