Das Ambiente des Hotels ist insgesamt recht gut, wenn auch nicht mit den InterContinental-Hotels in China vergleichbar. Es ist groß, die Umgebung relativ sauber und ruhig, nicht laut. Das merkt man auch an anderen Hotels: Es liegt zur Straße hin, was schwer zu beschreiben ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, und obwohl die vielen lokalen Gewürze für manche ein Problem darstellen könnten, ist die Auswahl in Ordnung. Für einen Aufenthalt in Bangladesch bin ich mit der Unterkunft und dem Service recht zufrieden.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Dieses Hotel könnte das beste in Uttara-Gebiet sein. Der Service geht über die Erwartungen hinaus, da Sie das reine freundliche Herz von ihrem Lächeln fühlen können. Bemerkenswert sind Herr Asif und Frau Rupa sehr beeindruckend. Ihr Manager Herr Raihan hat eine freundliche Frage gestellt, ob ich nach China zurückgekommen bin. Neben dem Service sind die Einrichtungen auch von hoher Qualität. Fitness, Schwimmbad, Spa, Pub usw. sind alle gut ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlen!

Fantastic new hotel conveniently halfway between upperclass Gulshan and old ( Puran) Dhaka. Manager Rony really made it a great stay. I had a small medical issue and he insisted on personally accompanying to the hospital and followed everything up. Absolutely the best. Has a rooftop pool and sauna/steam room and a massive breakfast.

The best hotel in Dhaka! Food was perfect, staff very friendly, reception team were the nicest people to deal with. So nice and courteous. Thanks guys - Can't wait to be back in Dhaka. Peter

Die freundlichste und hilfsbereitste Rezeption und das Personal je, schön und großartig erste Eindruck des Hotels. Alles über das Hotel war außergewöhnlich. Es war sauber, stilvoll, zimmer mit hervorragender Service, wo wir Abendessen hatten. Das Essen war gut und großer Wert für Geld und Service war aufmerksam und effizient. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, für einen längeren Besuch in der Zukunft wieder zu sein.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und sehr zugänglich, da es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom U-Bahnhof entfernt ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, das weit über meine Erwartung hinaus ist. Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Das Personal im Restaurant ist freundlich und hilfreich, Spezialer Hinweis auf den Server Ashik, der sehr aufmerksam war und sicher war, dass wir alles, was wir brauchten.

Very run down hotels with poor maintenance. Needed to change room thrice. The lifts are shaky and very old - poorly maintained. Very awkward to climb entrance with so many stairs. No ac outside of the room . Too hot during summer .Toilets are old fashioned and some of them are difficult to use the commode. We found water from the tap brown in colour and needed help to change filtered bottle water. Shower is again very old and black stained in places. Good breakfast and food in general . The bedroom we had did not have any safe locker and no bed side lamp . Poorly planned obsolete lighting system. One of the popular Restaurent didn’t have any AC . I belief the hotel is already renovating some floors and may be able to use good spaces all around . Most importantly change the furnitures and showers/ toilets. Only strength of the hotel are the staff who are very friendly and helpful .

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße und sehr nah am Flughafen liegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hat Probleme umgehend gelöst. Der Duschstrahl war zu schwach und der Wasserdruck zu niedrig. Die Toilette war nicht richtig gereinigt. Insgesamt ist es aber akzeptabel.
