Good place to stay by the airport however the room is smaller than the provided picture. No exhausting fan in the bathroom, no iron in the room for the high room rate.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Amari Hotel Dhaka is so far ranking number 1 on my list of hotels I've stayed in dhaka. Service excellent, very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. The roof top and bar is excellent, food very delicious. And the staff and friendly and provide a fantastic service. Thank you and oh yeah the views from the top floor 👏

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

Die Lage war gut für den Geschäftsverkehr, aber der Dhaka-Verkehr ist Dhaka-Verkehr, so war es schmerzhaft, überall außerhalb der Stadt zu reisen. Das Personal war hervorragend. Nichts war zu viel Problem. Alles war sauber, und unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das einzige Problem, das ich hatte, war, dass das Bett zu hart war, und ich schlief nicht gut in der ersten Nacht. Ich sagte dem Hausreiniger, und sofort brachte er eine weiche Matratze und 2 Stiefel. Nach diesem, schlief ich gut. Ich bin Wester und gewöhnt an weiche Betten, mein Reisepartner ist Bengal und das Bett war gut für sie. Also wird das kein Problem, wenn Sie gewöhnt sind an harte Betten. Sobald ich ihnen mein Problem erzählt habe, haben sie es sofort gelöst. So eine gute Gastfreundschaft. Der Dachpool war frisch und sauber. Der Fitnessraum war sehr gut ausgestattet, besser als einige Fitnessräume, die ich schon gewesen bin.

Das Ambiente des Hotels ist insgesamt recht gut, wenn auch nicht mit den InterContinental-Hotels in China vergleichbar. Es ist groß, die Umgebung relativ sauber und ruhig, nicht laut. Das merkt man auch an anderen Hotels: Es liegt zur Straße hin, was schwer zu beschreiben ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, und obwohl die vielen lokalen Gewürze für manche ein Problem darstellen könnten, ist die Auswahl in Ordnung. Für einen Aufenthalt in Bangladesch bin ich mit der Unterkunft und dem Service recht zufrieden.

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !
