This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Der Gastgeber ist sehr fürsorglich und lächelt immer und behandelt andere mit Höflichkeit. Als wir an einem heißen Tag im Hotel ankamen, um einzuchecken, gab uns der Vermieter zuerst eine köstliche Limonade mit Eis. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit vielen Liegestühlen und Schlafsofas, und abends lesen und plaudern wir gerne im Garten. Es gibt Supermärkte, Fischmärkte, Postämter und Bäckereien in der Nähe von mehreren zehn Metern. Gehen Sie etwa 10 Minuten zur Fähre oder Bushaltestelle und etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten zum Strand von Jianjiao.

Marko at Croparadise was exceptionally helpful and kind. Give him a raise! He made our check-in effortless and answered all our questions knowledgeably. The location is a 5 minute walk from the center of town and our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, as was the adjoining bathroom. We theoretically had to share with the other rooms in the suite, but we never saw anyone else for the bathroom or kitchen. We were only there overnight, not a prolonged stay, but it was everything we needed for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a clean, affordable place very near the center of Split. Again, a big thanks to Marko who also went to great lengths to retrieve a couple of items we left behind.

Mein Zimmer war bequem genug, obwohl 2 Fragen bemerkbar waren: * Statt eines flachen Baumwollbettblätters, gab es ein befestigtes Blätter aus dem, was aus dem Gerste aussah, und sah mehr wie ein Matratzenschutzer.Dies wurde pillen und grob, im Gegensatz zu dem weit glatteren Baumwoll-Quilt-Beschichtung. Als ich das hier an die Mitarbeiter brachte, erklärten sie, dass es für das Hotel Standard ist. Obwohl es die Qualität meines Schlafes nicht beeinflusste, war die Brust des Blatts nicht ganz angenehm * In der Badezimmer wurde die Dusche an der Taille hoch angebracht, so musste man entweder die Dusche in einer Hand halten, oder, wenn es eine Notwendigkeit, beide Hände zu waschen, dann müsste man unter der Dusche setzen, während es in seinem Besitzer war. Nicht besonders bequem. Insgesamt ein komfortables Aufenthalt in einer bequemen Lage, verbessert von der freundlichen und anspruchsvollen Ivan und Mario.

Tolle Lage, der Ausblick war fantastisch und das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet! - Das Personal war sehr abwesend und man braucht einen Schlüssel, um ins Hotel und aufs Zimmer zu kommen. Wir haben unseren Schlüssel im Zimmer vergessen und das nach dem Abendessen gegen 23 Uhr bemerkt. Obwohl das Personal bis 3 Uhr morgens im Hotel sein sollte, war niemand da. Wir konnten nur telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen, aber da wir Kanadier sind, hatten wir kein funktionierendes Telefon. Wir hätten fast draußen geschlafen. Das benachbarte Restaurant half uns. - Das Personal sollte um 7 Uhr morgens wieder anfangen; wir gingen um 8 Uhr ohne auszuchecken, da wieder niemand da war. - Meiner Tochter wurden die EarPods in unserem Zimmer gestohlen. Wir konnten sie mit der Apple-App orten und genau sehen, wo sie waren. Wieder war überhaupt kein Personal im Hotel, das ihnen hätte sagen können, dass die Reinigungskraft sie gestohlen hatte. (Wir sind 100 % SICHER, dass sie gestohlen wurden, da sie das Zimmer nicht verlassen haben. Wir haben nie elektronische Geräte irgendwohin mitgenommen und der Ort, an dem sie sich befanden, war 7 km vom Hotel entfernt, wo wir noch nie gewesen waren. - Sie bieten einen Dampfservice an. Ich wollte ihn nutzen, aber sie sagten mir, es würde eine Woche dauern, meine Kleidung zurückzubekommen. Wir waren 4 Tage dort. Das Personal bot mir an, mir einen Dampfglätter aufs Zimmer zu bringen, damit ich es selbst machen könnte. Sie brachten ihn nie… - Es gab eine wunderschöne Terrasse im 4. Stock, aber davon erfuhren wir erst an unserem letzten Abend. - Wir wollten an den Strand und das Personal sagte, es sei ein 45-minütiger Spaziergang und das sei die einzige Möglichkeit. Wir gingen zu Fuß. Als wir endlich dort ankamen, hätten wir für 3 Euro einen Trolley nehmen können … Den nahmen wir für den Rückweg. -

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

This was a beautiful hotel. It was not the original one we were booked into, but we were moved to the Adriana n we couldnt be happier. The staff were so friendly n welcomed us like family. The room was a fair size as was the bathroom n the bed so comfortable, we even had a little balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect n with amazing views. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many choices n you could also order a few special things. The rooftop bar n pool were well equiped n had the best view. We ate at the restaurant twice during our 3 nights stay n both nights the food was delicious n the staff could not do enough for you. Highly reccomend this hotel for any length of stay.

Fantastisches Hotel, 5 Gehminuten vom Fährterminal und Busstation entfernt. Das Resort ist klein, macht aber einen ruhigen Urlaub, der genau das ist, was wir suchten. Wir wurden auf die Hafensuite aufgerüstet, die ein erstaunliches Zimmer ist, obwohl kein Balkon, uns nicht stört, nur um andere zu informieren. Dusche Gel und Shampoo sind Ritual gekennzeichnet und stinken schön. Das Essen ist fabulös, das Frühstück ist Buffet-Stil und das Abendessen (für halbe Border) wird aus dem Menü ausgewählt. Echt hochwertig und glauben Sie, sie wurden Michelin für 2024 empfohlen. Sie haben uns sogar einen Frühstücksbeutel gegeben, als wir sehr früh rauscheckten. Das Personal ist fantastisch, sehr freundlich und kann nicht genug für Sie tun. Das war der Fall von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zur Dachbar. Alle waren großartig. Die Dachbar war ein brillantes Ort, um sich zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang und das Fähren zu sehen und zu gehen. Der Pool ist bedeckt und mit einem separaten Bereich für Sonnenbad erhitzt. Es gibt auch ein paar Saunen, die Sie verwenden können. Der kleinste Grippe, es wäre gut, die Oberfläche der Bäume zu schneiden, die den Blick von der Sonnenterrasse blockiert. Ich würde hier ganz sicher nochmal für einen kalten und entspannten Urlaub bleiben.

Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und beantwortete alle Fragen im Vorfeld der Anreise ausführlich. Auch während des Aufenthalts stand er für Fragen zur Verfügung. Leider gab es weder einen Parkplatz noch einen Herd, und die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich sehr schwierig.
