GGastnutzerGood enough. The linens were clean, the floor was clean. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and I would have to say the whatever contractor they hired did a shoddy job. There were lots of rough edges. It’s fitting that this hotel is in a college town because the work done to the room evokes the classic Morgantown “landlord special.” That said, we booked the handicap accessible room because my dad has mobility issues, and it was very well equipped for his needs. It had a full walk-in shower with stability bars, non-slip surfaces, and a shower chair. It was also located on the first floor right by a side door which made it so much easier for him to get to and from the car. The breakfast was really good by continental breakfast standards. We really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. We didn’t use the office, gym, or pool, but they seemed fine. We would stay here again.

WWEIDies ist das schönste Hotel auf dieser amerikanischen Reiseroute. Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Hang. Als wir nachts eincheckten, suchten wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde nach dem Hotel. Das Schild am Straßenrand war nicht zu erkennen. Es dauerte ein paar Runden, um es zu finden. Du hast fast aufgegeben.
Ich mag die interne und externe Umgebung des Hotels. Ein typisch amerikanisches Hotel ist das gleiche wie andere amerikanische Hotels. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta, und die anderen Einrichtungen sind gut.
Die Lounge im Obergeschoss der Hotellobby ist sehr beeindruckend und daneben befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Golfplatz, dahinter ein kleiner See und nachts viele Sikahirsche an der Straße.
Wenn es nicht eilig ist, möchte ich unbedingt noch einen Tag in diesem Hotel bleiben!

GGastnutzerThe hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

GGastnutzerEnjoy the Managers reception and breakfast buffet. However the room we were assigned on was definitely in need of some TLC maintenance. Love that each room truly is a suite.This was a surprise as we had stayed a week before on a different level and everything was top notch. It was a holiday weekend and I am sure very busy so perhaps that is part of reason. Also,staffing may also account for a very limited and sometimes nonexistent buffet at managers reception. However , I choose to believe our stay the weekend before was more to standard of Embassy.

LLbarrStay was wonderful, staff was nice, super clean! Not happy starting day with COLD shower!
However two things that spoiled our stay:
1. Shower handle was installed incorrectly or broken, when we went to shower in morning, handle could only be turned a quarter…COLD shower, not a great way to start yr day. Can’t believe housekeeping didn’t notice!
2. Our room room was 213, by elevators and laundry chute….there was freezing cold air coming from chute vents.
We notified front desk abd housekeeper upon departure…. Hilton rewards member.
