Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel! ! Schön war auch, dass man mit einem privaten Aufzug ins große Gemeinschaftsbad gelangen konnte. Auch die kostenlose Massage war super. Das Frühstück war köstlich und ich habe viel gegessen, während ich auf den Bahnhof Nagoya geblickt habe. Es war auch praktisch, unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out aufzubewahren. Ich würde es gerne wieder verwenden, wenn ich nach Niigata komme.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night. Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel. In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...

Die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Aber es ist zu alt und schwach. Das Windsystem hat die Teile für zehn Stunden gelassen und hat dann ein Zimmer mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer gewählt. Ich wollte es bequem halten. Ich dachte nicht, dass es viele Unannehmlichkeiten gibt. Es gibt zu wenig Wasser, das weißes Wasser trinkt. Dann ist das Wasser, auch wenn es ein Boden ist, das noch voll ist. Nun, sehr unwohl, der Wind ist nahe Zehn. Ich empfehle mir, den Wind zu tragen. Sonst wird es wirklich zusammenbrechen. Das Hotel ist vielleicht zu alt. Ich möchte wirklich den Ski genießen, ich empfehle es nicht. Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit gefallen und habe vier Nächte gelebt. Es ist wirklich unwohl, und dann reinigen Sie das Zimmer, Boden und Ben haben nicht geräuchert, Das Zimmer ist wirklich schmutzig, die Tragetaschen sind auch in der Sahne... Es wird nicht wieder kommen!!!! Ich habe wirklich eine gute Skifahrt vernichtet.

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn  2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance 3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him 4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins 5. Breakfast is same everyday 6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same. 7. Child meal is hopeless.  Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.  8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.  9. Onsen was good 10. Basic ice cream treats.  11. Simple ramen in the evening Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

Is a PERFECT get away for family and friends. Excellence value for money package with great dinner menus and setting. Room is spacious and functional. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Near all the famous skiing area. The only set back is the usage of lobby at nite, on the 16/1/25 we are allowed to use till 12am. Yet on the 17/1/25 night, the front office staff come over our sitting area and turn of the light despite is only ard 10pm and he is aware we are chit chatting and having a drink there... This really surprise everyone. The rest of the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. Except the guys working on night shift 17/1/25, I assume in the front office,.

Die Reparatur ist offensichtlich bis zum 15. Dezember. Richia ist sehr gut. Ich mag das Buffet sehr, das Menü ist sehr reich.

Das erste warme Hotel in Japan, das mit einem extrem starken Kaltfluss und Schnee begegnet wurde, hat die Stimmung dieses Erlebnisses nicht beeinflusst. Von der Registrierung des Aufenthalts, der Rezeption der Zimmer sauber  Grad und dem Abflug des Hotels helfen die Mitarbeiter der Abflugstelle, um zu fragen, ob die Züge gestartet und an die Abflugstation geholfen wurden, ist die gesamte Erfahrung sehr gut.

酒店帶温泉，玩雪樂園，班車來回上國滑雪場。滑完雪泡個温泉真的太舒服了。 交通有班車，離湯澤站45分鐘車程，稍微有點遠，但是東京附近滑雪的最佳選擇之一了。 員工英語真的不咋地，交流起來….和東京的差距蠻大的。不會都很友善，我很喜歡。因為不是啥景點，估計來這兒的也沒啥外國人來這兒住的緣故吧。
