My Stay at Ropewalks Hotel: Totally Worth It! Just got back from a quick overnight at Ropewalks Hotel in Liverpool and had to share my thoughts! For just £46 — and let's be real, saved a solid chunk thanks to those Trip.com coins — this little spot delivered way more than I expected for a city break. The location? **Perfect.** Right in the heart of the Ropewalks district, which means you're steps away from some of the coziest bars, indie eateries, and amazing street art. I came for a quick solo adventure, and being so close to everything made it super easy to explore without wasting time on transport. I stayed **Monday, August 11 to Tuesday, August 12, 2025** — just one night — and check-in after 3 PM was smooth. No waiting, no hassle. Check-out before 11 AM was equally chill. The room itself was modern, comfy, and spotlessly clean — exactly what I needed. Not five-star fancy, but everything worked, it felt cared for, and I actually got a great night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated? **The transparency.** The bulk was paid upfront, and I only had to hand over £2.40 on-site — no surprise fees. Plus, knowing Trip.com backs it with a price match and stay guarantee gave me peace of mind. Loved that I could message or call the hotel directly through the app, and the ”Manage Booking” feature made the whole process feel seamless. Felt like I was in control the whole time. Is this a resort with a spa and champagne service? Nope. But it's not pretending to be. Ropewalks Hotel is a no-nonsense, affordable city stay that **delivers exactly what it promises**: a clean bed in a great location at a fair price. **Would I book again? Wert für Geld: 100% Aber das Hotel ist angesehen und müde... es braucht eine vollständige Rekonstruktion. Aber mein Wort muss es einmal schön gewesen sein. Vielleicht nicht Google über die dritte Etage sein ******* während auf der dritten Etage bleiben!! (Wir hatten keine Vorfälle, aber ich habe meinen Schlaf mit Sorge vermasselt!!)

Very good studio apartment, definitely deserving five stars. It locates in the very central area of Liverpool. The room is very clean, has a small kitchen that I could do some cooking. The only downside is the charge for late check-out service is very high (20 pounds per hour). Wish it could be lower.

Das Frühstück ist großartig, die Rezeption ist effizient und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind modern und komfortabel zum Leben😌 Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gegenüber dem Museum und dem Meer sowie der Beatles-Statue, was zum Einchecken sehr praktisch ist. Nebenan befindet sich das größte Einkaufszentrum in Liverpool, das First Department Store, wo Sie essen, einkaufen, Wasser kaufen und spazieren gehen können! Es hat plötzlich geregnet und das Hotel kann per Selbstscan einen Regenschirm für ☂️2 Euro für 48 Stunden mieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, das Wäschewaschen ist bequem und das Waschbecken ist groß und bietet reichlich Wasser. Am nächsten Tag war alles erledigt. Das Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock, es gab keine Bananen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Koch sie extra an unseren Esstisch gebracht. Auch Haferflocken gibt es hier.

We checked in really late/early hours in the morning, and had a problem with payment, which the bloke on reception was not sure how to resolve it as he did not usually handle payments etc, however, it was instantly resolved by the amazing receptionist who couldn’t have been any more apologetic. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. The superior rooms all seem to be slightly different, but are all nice

amazing check-in a lovely gift of 2 drinks for a birthday treat. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and was in need of a better clean but overall a nice stay

Das Hotel verfügt über umfassende Einrichtungen und gute Hygiene. Es ist das einzige Hotel auf meiner gesamten Reise nach Großbritannien, in dem die Getränke in der Minibar kostenlos sind (eine Dose Mineralwasser und eine Dose normales Wasser). ), 1 Dose Orangensaft und 1 Dose Limonade. Auch das italienische Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Good location but have to comment about you quilt on king size bed was covered in stains with clean duvet cover over only i had to move it as it was wedged against wall i wouldn't have seen anything i didn't think of taking a photo of it
