Ich werde mit meiner Bewertung beginnen, indem ich sage, dass das Personal sehr hilfreich war und nur mit dem, was sie haben, arbeiten kann. Unsere Eincheckung war gut, aber beim Eingang in unser Zimmer war es wie ein Kühlschrank und die Heizung war sehr schlecht und auch nach einer Stunde oder mehr war kaum warm. Wir mussten einen Anschlussheizer, der gebrochen war!! Wir mussten es mit einem Teil des Haartrockners schlagen. Der Entwurf am Fenster war wie ein Gale Force Wind. Das Zimmer zeigte gut sein Alter, es gab kein Spiegel über den Kleidungstabel/Desk. Und die Gürtel waren Garten. Der Schwimmbad war OK, aber das Dampfzimmer und der Jacuzzi funktionierten nicht. Ich wartete viel mehr von einem Quecksilberhotel. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld wert, obwohl die Lage nicht so praktisch ist, wie wir dachten, aber dennoch nicht sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum und dem Einkaufsviertel entfernt. Und das Beeindruckendste ist, dass das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, perfekt für preisbewusste Reisende.

The hotel was conveniently placed right next to M&S arena in Albert Dock area.  About a 15 minute walk into city centre from hotel.  Hotel itself was very clean.  Room was a little bit warm but never really looked at the air conditioning to see if we could’ve made it a bit cooler as that was only really in the morning before we left.  Nice hotel and would definitely stay again.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

Great location, in the middle of the town centre but the room we stayed in was quiet. Close to all local amenities. Walking distance to all the tourist spots. Would stay again.

Ich bin ein ziemlich besonderer Einsamer Reisende mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Licht, Lärm und Temperatur, so dass der Komfort für mich enorm wichtig ist. Mein zwei-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hope Street Hotel, in Zimmer G02, war nichts weniger als erfreulich. Der wahre Handschlüssel, geräumige Layout und Holzböden schuf eine willkommene, heimliche Atmosphäre. Der Highlight war zweifellos das freistehende Bad mit seiner Aussicht auf die festlich beleuchtete Hope Street; es war so eine Verhandlung, um zu entspannen und die Welt zu beobachten, dass ich glücklich meine Spa-Reservierung abgeschafft habe. Ich habe mich zunächst besorgt, dass die zentrale Lage müde sein könnte, aber ich schlief ganz gesund. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tipps: • Mit einigen Batterie-getriebenen Teebeleuchtungen fühlt sich das Badezimmer gemütlich, da die Beleuchtung sehr minimal ist. • Die Kuchen, während luxuriös, waren auf der weicheren Seite. Wenn Sie eine festere Unterstützung bevorzugen, ist ein kleiner Speicherschaumkuchen wert, um zu verpacken. • Es kann eine Berührung in der Nacht kalt bekommen, so dass die Wärme bis zu 26 Grad halten die Dinge komfortable.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel hat uns geregelt, auf einem hohen Stock mit Blick auf das Stadtzentrum Liverpool und das Meer zu bleiben. Dies ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
