Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Die meisten Zeiten wurden wir mit Freundlichkeit begrüßt. Es war sehr sauber und zeitgemäß. Wir wechselten unser Zimmer von einem Zwillingszimmer zu einem Doppelzimmer und es gab keine Probleme mit ihm. Ich war enttäuscht, dass die Spa-Free-Facilities geschlossen wurden, da es eines der Gründe war, warum wir dieses Hotel reserviert haben. Einige der Dekoration sind etwas datiert, aber es gibt einige schöne Zeit-Features, die die Hotelumgebung verbessern. Eine sehr gute Lage für jemanden, der in Liverpool Lime Street ankommt.

Sehr komfortabel eine Reise, während Sie im Anreise-Warten warten, gibt es neben dem Konferenzraum eine große Büromöglichkeit. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ruhig.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe der Albert Docks und des Stadtzentrums. Parkplätze sind begrenzt. Ich hatte Glück, gleich bei unserer Ankunft einen Platz zu bekommen, aber das ist sehr unwahrscheinlich. Parkgebühren werden extra berechnet. Das Zimmer war gut, aber wenn man duscht, scheint das Badezimmer unter Wasser zu stehen. Ich glaube, an der Duschwand fehlte eine Dichtung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot alles, was man erwarten würde. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn nicht gerade die Open Championship im Royal Liverpool stattfinden würde.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

An trip to Liverpool should always involve a stay at the Pullman. My husband and I have booked multiple times and it has been the best place to stay. It is where he proposed to me. Having a hotel on the docks gives you access to a very easy stroll around the docks and also a quick 10 minute walk into Liverpool One.

Hotel staffs were one of the most friendly bunch i’ve met on my trip to the UK! they were very friendly and approachable, making the entire stay really comfortable. The location is almost perfect, exit the train station and there’s it is, right across the road. visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.

Das Zimmer war sehr, unterstützend und freundliches Personal. Check-in war sehr reibungslos. Sehr schöne Bar für einen Drink. Die Umgebung war leicht zu finden. Parkplatz war jedoch preiswert. Aber es gab einen billigeren Parkplatz nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß

Schöne Hotellobby mit historischen, aber modernen Möbeln in den Zimmern. Essen in Palmenhof war gut. Seifenversorger müssen verbessert werden, wenn sie leicht verhaftet werden.
