Wir genossen unsere Unterkunft hier, gute Lage und schöne große komfortable Zimmer mit ausreichender Platz, das Badezimmer war riesig. Das Frühstück war groß und das Personal war auch wunderschön.

Das Frühstück ist großartig, die Rezeption ist effizient und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind modern und komfortabel zum Leben😌 Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön.

Lovely hotel, great location but be warned, our room was at the front of the hotel and there were clubs close by that stay open until 6am so didn’t sleep both nights !! The noise was horrendous. Would have asked to move but was at a wedding the Saturday and wouldn’t have had time to move all our things. Would stay again but deffo will ask for a room at the back of the hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely big spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location for bars , shops etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

There was a problem when booking into hotel as we had gone through Trip.com and receptionist said that we had not paid as no confirmation had come over to them from third party. We explained that we had paid showed her the relevant information on my phone etc -but still insisted that we had to pay . We waited at reception for about 40 minutes while we waited for the receptionist and manager were in back room sorting it out.This in fact made us late for our evening meal - which we had to miss out on- as well as being late for our meet n greet showing at the Theatre Royal - which we also missed out on- It spoilt our evening - but the amenities and staff in the hotel were fabulous- especially the young girl who served us breakfast in the morning.x

The hotel is in a great central location and is lovely. It was clean and really quiet despite there being many other hotel guests. The bed was so comfy. We did report an issue with the kettle to reception in the early evening and the receptionist (I think her name was Sue) did not seem interested and did not rectlfy the problem due to them having a function to deal with. This was not really acceptable and the only thing that let down our stay. All the other staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.

Hat nicht erwartet, ein behindertes Zimmer zu bekommen, da wir beide ok sind schämend und das Zimmer hatte einen Dampfgeurteil glücklich, es zu verlassen hoffen wir es nicht, wenn wir zurück kommen, um im September zu bleiben

Normalerweise, wenn Sie sagen, dass Sie bei den Adelphi Leuten bleiben sagen oh nein, es ist schrecklich. Nun kann ich ehrlich sagen, wir genossen es wirklich, alle unstümlich, großartig spec, gute Rezeption Mitarbeiter werden sicherlich wieder bleiben

I really liked this place and I’d go back again when in Liverpool. The room was a decent size with a well-equipped kitchen area. Staff were pleasant. It is on a bit of a back street but really close to the waterfront and to James Street station. Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It made some very scary noises.

Frühstück war großartig Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Das gesamte Hotel braucht eine Überführung ...worn Möbel etc ...stuck in den achtziger Jahren
