Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Die meisten Zeiten wurden wir mit Freundlichkeit begrüßt. Es war sehr sauber und zeitgemäß. Wir wechselten unser Zimmer von einem Zwillingszimmer zu einem Doppelzimmer und es gab keine Probleme mit ihm. Ich war enttäuscht, dass die Spa-Free-Facilities geschlossen wurden, da es eines der Gründe war, warum wir dieses Hotel reserviert haben. Einige der Dekoration sind etwas datiert, aber es gibt einige schöne Zeit-Features, die die Hotelumgebung verbessern. Eine sehr gute Lage für jemanden, der in Liverpool Lime Street ankommt.

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

マン島フェリーを使ってリバプールに移動しました。フェリー乗り場からは徒歩で10分ぐらいです。 新しきレルベーションされており、部屋はとても清潔かつスタイリッシュです。コンプリメンタリーのワインや食事が充実してます。 予定の関係で1泊しかできませんでしたが、できれば連絡したかったと思いました。

The room was clean and the location was very good. However, parking was inconvenient, as we had to carry our luggage for quite a distance. Our stay coincided with Christmas Day, so there was no housekeeping service available on that day. Unfortunately, during the night there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite disturbing, and we had to request a room change. To be fair, the hotel staff were helpful and arranged a room change for us; however, this was quite inconvenient as we had a lot of luggage. In addition, the neighboring room had a loud party late at night, and at one point someone even knocked on our door, which was very frightening for us. For families traveling with children, it is strongly recommended not to stay in rooms that are connected to other guest rooms, for safety and peace of mind.

Ist ein toller Ort zu bleiben . Zimmer ist schön und der Service ist gut . Lage ist nicht zu weit von der Einkaufsfläche entfernt .

Great apartment close to James Street Station so plent ofy bars near by and short walk into the city. The Hotel is absolutely perfect, friendly staff and spotless, lovely big room with newly fitted shower room. Stayed here a few times and definitely recommend.

Schöne Hotellobby mit historischen, aber modernen Möbeln in den Zimmern. Essen in Palmenhof war gut. Seifenversorger müssen verbessert werden, wenn sie leicht verhaftet werden.

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel hat uns geregelt, auf einem hohen Stock mit Blick auf das Stadtzentrum Liverpool und das Meer zu bleiben. Dies ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
