Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, da es neben der Universität war, die ich besuchen wollte. Das Hotel war sauber, geräumig und freundliches Personal. Eine besondere Erwähnung an Carolyn, die besonders hilfreich war und mir nützliche Informationen über die Stadt gab, die ich vor 26 Jahren besuchte!

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Das Hotel ist sehr warm. Einige Fenster wurden geschlossen und einige nicht geöffnet. Bus und Tram stoppt außerhalb des Hotels. Die Promenade braucht einen Rat, um sie zu zerstören. Die Rezeption war sehr beschäftigt 2/3 Personal auf. Es war ein angenehmes Aufenthalt alles, was Sie brauchen, war im Zimmer. Auch ein Fan, das wir als Fenster nicht geöffnet brauchten.

Stayed he a couple of years ago and loved it then! Really great location. Close to train station , bus stops, lots of supermarkets and across from a park! Perfect for families, pool on site to book. We had it to ourselves a couple of times. Love this place

We stay in 1 night room no 1 room is big and good size but toilet is dirty toilet smell come in room and whole night sound come from I think swimming pool out side room is soo dirty health and hygiene

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. Wie bei den meisten der vorhandenen Bewertungen,smachen kleiner Ort ideal für das Stadtzentrum,sehr sauber,sehr schönes Frühstück,ehrlich komfortable Bett im Einzelzimmer,(normalerweise kann nicht in einem Einzelbett schlafen)helfsvoll Mitarbeiter, würde sicherlich wieder buchen oder empfehlen

Absolutely amazing. Would recommend to everyone to stay here. The service is amazing from the very second you walk into the doors. Will be coming back in the near future.

Great room with a beautiful view!!! Breakfast was lovely and swimming was a dream. Will definitely come back,well done Dalmeny❤️👍🏽🥂
