Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

My 3rd time staying… this time my room was in the courtyard… I much prefer being in the main hotel… breakfast has also been scaled back… no mushrooms as a vegetarian I love mushrooms at breakfast… no marmite sachets for my toast… no Nutella sachets for my daughter, these weee the little extra touches we have previously enjoyed at breakfast…. But otherwise what we did have as vegetarians was tasty.

This hotel wasn't bad for the price but they definitely need more heating in the room with the bathroom freezing and only one plug socket, the breakfast was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful but it definitely needs money spending on it to improve the rooms

Hotel was lovely, staff very accommodating and friendly. Food was cooked fresh and delicious. Bed was comfy and room was very clean.
The only downfall was the gym and spa closed early on bank holiday and wasn’t notified in advance so missed a day using facilities.

The Blackpool Grand Hotel is a very large hotel and very easy to find, so I thought it was a safe hotel for beginners. The front desk staff are always on standby, so I thought it was a very safe hotel.

GGastnutzerDer Ort ist alt und hat bessere Tage gesehen. Die meisten Britannia Hotels sind so, aber ich mag die alten Mode-Gebäude. Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war wunderschön und die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.
Das Bingo hätte nur in der Erwachsenenbar sein sollen, da es zu viel Lärm und Menschenhandel gab.
Es war großartig, es beschäftigt zu sehen, aber nicht jeder war stolz und respektvoll, so es war gut, Sicherheitsbeamte zu sehen, die das Hotel bewachen
Es war enttäuschend, dass der Spa-Pool geschlossen wurde, da dies für uns ein Verkaufspunkt war.

GGastnutzerHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

TThe EvansiesWir blieben übernachten - spät einchecken und auschecken. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und untergebracht. Wir haben 2 Kinder, ein 4 Jahre alt und ein 5 Monate alt. Wir kamen recht spät an und so war der letzte Tisch im Restaurant zum Abendessen sowie der letzte zum Frühstück. Allerdings stellte das Personal sicher, dass wir alles, was wir brauchen, und versuchte, ihr Bestes zu helfen. Eindrucksvoller Service und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Lancaster sicher wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.
