Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, wie es mir war und mein Sohn endete mit einem Doppelzimmer . Für das Frühstück bezahlt war es so lange , um das Essen auf den heißen Platten zu bekommen, die sich für Dinge wie Brot , Bacon , Soßen gefragt für Gewürze, wie niemand links gesagt hat nein und war noch in den Frühstückszeiten . Die Dusche der Frauen im Pool waren sauber und musste gereinigt werden .

Nice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. Erstmals mit Holiday Inn Gute Dinge sind Rummes Zimmer mit großer Standard Komfortable und saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher ( ein großer und ein kleiner für eine Person jede ) Hat Kettle und Tee/Kaffee mit Behandlungen (Küchen) Hat einen Haartrockner und ein Eisen mit einem Eisenbrett in der Schranke. Es hat einen runden Tisch und einen Sofasitz auf einem Arbeitstisch und einem Sitz . Es verfügt über einen kleinen Fitnessraum , einen Schwimmbad und einen Jacuzzi . Kann Frühstück und Abendessen (Hat Restaurant) und kann zum Zimmer bestellen ( Zimmerservice) Ich habe nur ein Bett und Frühstück und Frühstück gebracht ist tolle Wahlen und reichhaltige. Auch für glutenfreie Optionen! Schlechte Dinge Hotellift ist gebrochen und setzt mich auf 3. Stock, aber ich kann die Mitarbeiter bitten, mich auf dem Boden ( sagte letztes Zimmer / keine andere Wahl) Zwillingszimmer zu geben. Es ist besser, den Antrag zu schreiben, dass im Falle von Aufzügen nicht arbeiten, um den Boden oder den unteren Boden zu geben. Kettle hat keine Sieb ( kann vor mir gebrochen werden. ) Der Sofasitz hat vor mir eine Schicht . Insgesamt sehr guter Service und großer Raum und hat gute Einrichtungen.

Dieses Hotel verfügt über sehr alte Merkmale, aber in den Zimmern sind große geräumige und warme Das Bett, obwohl ein Doppelbett war Zwillingsbetten zusammen gedrückt, die sehr irritierend ist, wie Sie ins Das Zentrum des Betts und es ist unbehaglich. Der Empfänger war extrem hilflos und hatte keine Empathie, ich musste zurück und aus meinem Zimmer 3 mal ausgehen, um ein Problem zu sortieren und dann war das Spa ein weiteres Problem, das endlich gelöst wurde So ist es im Grunde ein schönes Hotel, aber das Personal muss sich besser ausbilden oder verstehen Kunden und der Steuermanager, der auch in der Pflicht war.

Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Thurnham Hall. The person who checked us in on the Sunday was very pleasant and welcoming. We walked the grounds and they were lovely and very well looked after.The Spa and pool were excellent. Thank you for providing such a lovely hotel for us to stay at and spend time visiting with our Lancashire relatives.

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊

Schönes sauberes Hotel. Sehr komfortable Betten. Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, aber ich würde nicht sagen, es wütend mich und das Personal fühlte, hätten mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Auch fehlenden Zimmerservice, Abendsnacks, Kühlschrank, TV-Kanäle, alternative Kissen usw.. Auch das Hotel sagte, sie haben nicht meine speziellen Anfragen erhalten Ich habe hinzugefügt, die Reisebuchung, die bedeutete, dass der Geburtstag, den wir feiern, wurde übersehen.
