出差鎮江參加本次教師資格考試，結果週六一早打車發現根本打不到車，9點的考試眼看臨近時間還是沒有叫到車，找了酒店前台慕周小姐姐能不能幫忙一起叫車，或者有沒有人可以送一下，前台小姐姐跟銷售經理非常貼心的在幫我想辦法還借到了車，門店政委一路小跑去拿車送我去考試點，原以為會趕不上了，政委一路上都在安慰我一定能趕上，告訴我不用着急放寬心，沒想到最後關頭甚至還提前了幾分鐘趕上了考試，真的很感動，非常感謝他們想客人所想，急客人所急，讓我沒有錯失這次機會，再有機會一定還會再來鎮江再來這家，讓人倍感温暖的一家店。

Atour hotel is in a walkable distance from Danyang railway station. I find the hotel very clean and the service was excellent. When I was sitting in reception, Atour employee offered me water without asking. Special mention about the Manager Mr Wang Dong who could speak English and helped me guiding on local transportation. When I called him in the evening for some clarification, he picked up the phone even though he is out of office and answered my questions. Great friendly staff. I liked the breakfast also

One word to describe this hotel: AMAZING. A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel sitting just across the road from the Yangtze River. The tranquil and serenity enveloped me the moment I stepped out of my ride immediately relaxed every cell in my body. The staff are amazing, they actually made it a point to remember which room I stayed in. Got an upgrade and wow, the room was just amazing. They had a very wide breakfast spread for us to choose from, from the usual english breakfast to Jiangsu's traditional noodles. Be sure to ask for their baby lobster noodles and big bao, just super yummy. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant the 1st night and tried the delicacies they had. Puffer fish and what they called 长鱼, were really very yummy too. I really, really, highly recommend this hotel should you want to visit Zheng Jiang. I'll definitely be back again.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Fluss. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht und bekamen ein Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Flussblick, die einen weiten Blick auf den Jangtse und eine wunderschöne Landschaft bieten. Die Hotellobby ist hell und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und umfasst eine große Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Speisen, darunter viele lokale Spezialitäten. Es gibt auch einen Aufdeckservice oder Milch und Snacks am Abend. Die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin Zhou Yanling sah, dass wir ältere Menschen mitbrachten und gab uns zusätzliche Milch und Snacks, was sehr herzerwärmend war. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Sie können den Berg Beigushan zu Fuß erreichen und die Berge Jiaoshan, Jinshan und Xijindu sind mit dem Auto in etwa zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Ich empfehle jedem, der nach Zhenjiang kommt, einmal den Service eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels zu erleben.

Although this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel.

Umgebung: Das höchste Gebäude in Zhenjiang, gegenüber von Yangzhou, bietet eine sehr schöne Nachtsicht. Service: Nach der Buchung bitte telefonisch vorab informieren, um ein Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie zu vereinbaren und den Online-Service zu nutzen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, gegenüber dem Gemüsemarkt an der Yong'an Road. Das Abendbuffet, das zum Menü gehört, ist sehr gut. Das Wetter ist kalt und die Klimaanlage des Hotels ist ausreichend, daher gibt es etwas statische Elektrizität.

It is easily one of the best in the region. * Variety: A massive spread ranging from traditional Chinese dim sum and noodle stations to high-quality Western pastries and made-to-order eggs. * Quality: The ingredients felt fresh, and the coffee was actually brewed well—a detail often missed. * Atmosphere: The dining area was clean and well-staffed, ensuring plates were cleared quickly even during the morning rush. The Accommodations: Classic but Aging While the service remains five-star, the rooms are starting to show their age. The Vibe: The decor feels a bit ”early 2010s” luxury—heavy woods and traditional carpets. Wear and Tear: I noticed some scuffing on the furniture and the bathroom fixtures weren't as crisp as they once were. Comfort: On the bright side, the ”Sheraton Sleep Experience” bed lived up to its name. Despite the dated aesthetics, the room was impeccably clean and the view of the city/station area was excellent. Final Verdict The Sheraton Zhenjiang is a ”safe bet.” While it lacks the ultra-modern flair of newer boutique hotels, it compensates with professionalism and culinary excellence. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor to get the best views and the quietest environment away from the street noise. Would I return? Yes—mostly for that breakfast and the convenient location near the railway station.

Wir sind hier schon viele Male gewesen und kommen wieder während des Neujahres. Service und das Zimmer ist sauber und gut. Sicherlich kommt es wieder.

Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und nett. Ich erwartete ein Marriott wie Frühstück, aber das war nicht der Fall. Das Frühstück war grundlegend am besten, für etwas, das den Namen Marriott hat, sollte es zumindest ein ähnliches Frühstück haben

Everything is perfect except that the private bath was suddenly under maintenance for 2 days, which kinda defeats the purpose of booking a room with private bath. Hotel compensated us by giving us tickets for the public bath - it was a nice experience, but really would be better we could have the private bath per our booking.
