Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

New & Sparking Clean . Top of city . Fresh air. Beautiful city and seaview . Spacious room 36 sq meter . Good gym and pool . Service top quality

It was super amazing stay experience,room was very clean,food was great and yummy.the staff are so lovely.will definitely come back again! Special thanks to waiter who took our family pictures,and reservation staff who assisted us when we are checked in and checked out

Glücklich mit der Lage, da es in der Nähe eines Supermarktes, einem Kaffee und nicht zu weit von unserem Arbeitsplatz. Nicht wie die Qualität des Wassers aus den Taschen, sondern war super glücklich, dass frisches Wasser bei der Aufzug Landung für Gäste geliefert wurde. Das High-Tech-Kontrollpanel und der Badspiegel waren über andere Hotels.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.
